Furthermore, as long as you keep the place clean and she don't get receive any complaints from the neighbors, Rosemary will not bother you, and you'll be able to live very peacefully. Moreover, the monthly payment must be paid promptly. Overall, she puts a lot of faith and trust in the tenants she chooses to take care of the home. Lastly, Rosemary is a great person. She has a very keen sense of humor, and is a warm, kind person under her hard exterior. Being a young, college student at the time, she was very understanding and gave me a lot of good advice in many areas. When our renters had an issue with the kitchen faucet we had to request several times to have a plumber look at it before John agreed. We almost replaced our 1k faucet 100% under warranty for a $50 fix. For all of these reasons I would not recommend John's services. Old review: John is all about business. As a property manager he's been responsive to us and worked hard to secure a renter in just a couple of weeks. We were super happy that our unit was only vacant for 5 days, saving us a substantial amount of money. We believe John found us a good renter and they signed a lease for almost 2 years. John's management fees are also extremely reasonable. We would highly recommend John for your property management needs.
