It wasn't the right fit so I went in for an exchange. Found a cute replacement and even tho it was three times the price I decided to splurge. Picked up a basket full of anddi items too! I was informed that since it was more than 7 days since the purchase...no exchange. Was that included on the receipt? Nope. Was there a sign at the checkout counter? Nope!! In fact, the employee at the register wasn't aware until he called the manager because the register wasn't working properly. After politely explaining my disappointment and the missed opportunity to quadruple the sale, the worker said he couldn't do anything. I promptly left and sent an email to the owner/founder through the website. Mainly, in an effort to provide feedback that simply made good business sense, and to share my disappointment. The response...crickets. No acknowledgment or explanation on their part. Service is everything and when it's bad...it makes a lasting impact. I won't ever shop here and I don't recommend anyone does...the halo IS crooked.

It's a little corner store in downtown Ft Myers that is really cool to see. Inside the store, the items I saw were all done by local artists. They had these cool looking lamps. It looked like an old-fashioned light bulb from Edison's time. It was neat. I also saw many other cool things here. Like a purse shaped like a tea pot. They also had what it looked like to be an octopus in jars. You like steampunk. You are going to enjoy your time here because I did. I was told that not so far from here, there was another bigger sister store to this one. I am defenetly going to check it out. I wish I had taken more pictures. I got distracted talking to the worker and forgot. It is a cool shop The shop has plenty of parking options. There is plenty of street parking around. A few streets away, a parking lot is also available.

Which we did right after. About a 2 minute walk across street and turn and ur basically there. But timeless shop was astonishing and brilliant. Had some beautiful masterpieces. I did feel lost in time just looking at all the beautiful creations. Cool art. The owner has some talent and skill and has an eye to make art in the world look truly amazing. We walked around and had to walk around again to make sure we didn't miss anything that was interesting. The own and creator was very nice as well. We really liked all the pieces a lot of it all was steampunk art. Music was playing which was cool the type they had playing out the speakers. This shop everyone should go check out. The other store was called (another time.) check that out too. I have to do a review on that as well after this one. But anyways Timless this one we checked out first I'd say is my favorite outta the 2 shops. Check it out after you read this review. :) 100% A+

In addition to the gifts and plant supplies, Molek offers workshops on raising houseplants and also offers a houseplant hospital by appointment. Houseplants are a great choice for novice gardeners when Florida's temperatures start to soar the 90's. Thrifty Garden offers many different types of houseplants in the shop, and prices are affordable so you can flex your green thumb with minimal risk. They have offered in-person classes on plant care ever since the shop opened and with the pandemic they added online and phone coaching too. Don't forget that they offer beer and wine too. I am not allergic, so I asked for my side to contain dairy. The waitress brought the tiered plates and said, "Just a minute. Let me check that you have the correct side." She moved the plates around a bit and then said we were all set. Even with all of this, my daughter ended up with the dairy side. After she ate the food and began to feel ill, the waitress came back and said, "Oh you ate the side with dairy." She didn't seem to think it was a big deal. She just said, "Let me get your bill." I spoke to the lady at the door and told her the situation, saying I did not feel like I should have to pay the entire amount as neither of us got the food we were supposed to get. She said, "Let me see what I can do." She never came back to talk to me. The bill was cut in half. My daughter is also allergic to caffeine. The waitress did not know that "decafe" and "caffeine free" are two different things and that "decafe" does indeed have caffeine. My daughter was sick for an entire day of our vacation. This establishment really needs to be more careful with allergies. Thankfully my daugher's dairy allergy is not life threatening and she knew not to order decafe. But what if that were not the case?

Given the time of our reservation, we benefitted from the Early Dinner / Happy Hour menu prices, and as Anthony pointed out, you receive full dinner portions at reduced prices (who doesn't love that??). Everything was delicious! It was exactly the type of elevated cuisine and ambience I was looking for in celebrating a birthday!
