But no, after the first use of the sink in our apartment, we found out that our garbage disposal needs to be replaced. Why would we need to find out the first night we stayed? They did change it, but only on the third day. We weren't able to wash dishes and use the sink in the kitchen, plus it was all stinking. They did fix it, but the maintenance person left track-in dirt from shoes on the floor. Will it be acceptable if it were your home? Days later we found out that our Room Darkening Vinyl Blinds were broken before us. And they fixed it by putting tape on it. Is it even normal? It's our second week in that apartment and I have no idea what to expect next. I do understand that it's not a brand-new apartment, but you can't let anybody rent it without fixing it.

They were told we "hopefully won't bother them" and they laughed about it. Very rude imho. Also, the ceiling of the patio was quite literally FALLING OFF onto the balcony. The bathtub for the showing unit was moldy in the crevices. It smells off. The apartments seem pretty nice other than that. A little old, but oh well. We have definitely had our ups and downs here in the past 3 years, and, I think most folks who post…read morereviews are sharing only bad experiences. So I will share both. The bad: We were in an apartment right next to the mini mart, and because they took down the fence between the properties to let people through to mini mart, we had several people wander over from there and sleep on our back porch. I was told that residents had requested the fence be taken down and Seasons accommodated them- I think the security issues from opening that fence greatly outweigh convenience of a thru-way! That has been our biggest complaint about living here. 1 other thing- I have seen a lot of trash being left on the walkways behind the units. Mostly food wrappers, but some larger things as well. Safety: To respond to another poster- we have had no break-ins, our cars have not been touched, no problems with neighbors, and certainly no shootings that I am aware of. Ive never heard any gunshots. I think its mostly a safe neighborhood. The good: neighbors have been very nice. Ive experienced it to be a quiet complex. Its older, but even so I think the apartments are better built than newer complexes, and the sound proofing is WAY better than Ive seen in newer apartments. For the amount of dogs here-many-I think the grounds are way cleaner than I have seen at other complexes that allow dogs. Only very occasionally do I see dog poop. Maintenance is great, on site, and very responsive/friendly. They keep up with repairs in a timely matter. The staff has been wonderful to us. My daughter is disabled and on a Sec 8 voucher- and the staff has been so kind to her, and worked hard to get her into an ADA unit. The agency responsible dragged their feet on getting her in there, but the staff was helpful every step of the way, and held the apartment open for us for 2 months while working things out with the housing agency. They were kind and persistent in working through all the obstacles. No place is perfect. We've lived at several complexes and this has been a good experience. I highly recommend the Seasons!

I am very disappointed with the way this property management handled my lease and move-out process…read more My lease officially ended on August 26, but since I was going out of town, I went into the office and asked if I could move out 4 days earlier with a prorated rate. I specifically spoke with Kreasna, who confirmed by email that I could move out earlier and that they would prorate the rent. Based on that agreement, I moved out. Afterward, they suddenly sent me an invoice charging me for the remaining 4 days, claiming the lease technically ended on the 26th. If that was the case, why agree and send me a prorated rate in writing? It feels dishonest. When I called the community manager Anna to clarify, she was extremely rude -- cutting me off repeatedly, refusing to listen, and just blaming the lease contract for nearly an hour. She even said that she never encountered this kind of things, but I saw someone left the similar concerns and situation on the reviews. On top of that, there was no proper move-out checklist or inspection. I cleaned my apartment thoroughly, but they still charged me for "cleaning fees" and shockingly billed nearly $900 to replace carpet due to a small cranberry stain. I called multiple carpet companies who confirmed it's an easy food stain to remove -- replacing the entire carpet is unreasonable. Altogether, they charged me almost $2,000 after I had already moved out. When I raised concerns, responses were delayed, inconsistent, and unhelpful. At one point, they even threatened to send the charges to collections if I didn't pay by October 5. Different staff members kept jumping into the conversation, forcing me to repeat myself 5 times, with no resolution. Another issue: loyalty means nothing here. I had lived there for months and considered extending, but existing tenants are charged significantly higher rates than new tenants. I even asked to move into a cheaper unit I saw listed online, but was told it was "already rented out." At that point, I decided to move elsewhere. Overall, this experience feels unprofessional, misleading, and unfair. I hope the property owner sees this review and takes action, because tenants deserve transparency and respect -- not to be misled, overcharged, and treated poorly.
