The manager could have cared a little bit about resolving this matter. Got home opened up the package and it was all black with small writing on the side. Which is not a Legend vape like I purchased it said Active Axil with numbers. Also the packages said NOT FOR RESALE. Asked to exchange the item and was denied. Told to reach out to the retailer. Waiting on hearing back from them. But in the meantime I'm not getting high off of this it burns my throat. I'm scared to use it. So now I'm going through THC withdrawal. Sometimes good deals, however long lines and short staff detour me this place. I've also purchased multiple broken cartridge. 3 times in a row i had to go back in to return. Another instance there was a foreign contaminate in my cart, and they pretty much said there isn't anything they could do except 20% off . I suggest going down the street to Midnight Greens. I remember last winter standing outside, shivering with a large group of people in line. When I finally got inside, I watched the 3 cashiers nonchalantly chatting it up with the their guests, slipping upsells in the conversation like there was zero sense of urgency. It's a very small waiting area, probably one of the smallest in the state. I get it, people get stuck outside. However as a human being, I felt compassion and empathy for the people stuck outside. I made sure to check out as quick as possible. I wish I'd seen an iota of empathy from the store staff. Nope. So, customer service matters. Always. I get the sense that this place thinks they're doing you a big favor making you jump hoops to sell you pot. They're not. What they don't realize is the minute a dispensary opens up a mile from our houses, we'll likely never look back. The next year is likely going to be a rude awakening for the original players in this game. Hopefully the pot industry can take some lessons from retail. And Jesus or whatever. read more

When I requested an exchange of the same product, I was looked in the eye and told that these look the same, there's no difference, that they're weighed off site(again, the packaging lists a volume not a weight), and then told there's not a single scale on site to verify with. Everything is over-priced. The staff is pretty cool tho. Having multiple armed guards gives it a odd feel. Curaleaf seems to offer alot more bundle deals and better base pricing. read more

I agree employees are rude and unwilling to go the extra mile. Website stated Seniors get a 20% discount. Went to the store because of it. In store they say it only applies to med users. BS! Effective 9/15 they began this program. Wrote to them and they stated that discounts are not allowed by law for rec users. BS!! I normally use the Botanist in Atlantic City, NJ which my dog and I love!!! I recently moved and have started using this one. Nice place, clean, friendly knowledgeable staff. Usually always have the strain I'm looking for. Never a long wait. I like that it's opened everyday. I've had my card for almost 3 years and I cannot say anything bad about this place or the Botanist in Atlantic City. I would not recommend their Egg Harbor Twp location. read more

Honestly coming from Colorado I can't believe the prices out here. The entire cannabis community out here needs to lower their prices instead of trying to steal money from customers. The fact that in colorado I can get an ounce red for 80 after taxes and medical I can get two ounces for 80 days a lot. NJ is trying to make as much money as they can without thinking about the consumer. The black market is cheaper than the dispensary. It shouldn't be 75$ an 8th without taxes. An ounce shouldn't be 300+ dollars without taxes. They have "deals" where a half gram cartridge is 60$. Wth. A full gram is 120$ grams it's taxes. That's just price gouging, it literally cost them 15$ to make a full gram cartridge and they are selling them for 9-10x the amount. New Jersey people need to rethink their choices about these dispensaries. Stop buying and make them lower prices. Their bud is trash; doesn't get you high nor does it last. It's dry and crumbly. There's no love or care put into the product it's just put out so Murphy can make more money and line his pockets. The sales tax for cannabis is outrageous.
