Then they never have black makeup artists so you get wrong advice. I bought a fenty powder the wrong shade because of poor advice. When I tried it out at home it was the wrong shade and because I opened the product they didn't accept to exchange the product or refund me. And then they were proposing me to get another assistance from their white counterparts. No thank you! I wrote to their customers service on messenger, but no response.

This was by far the worst service I have ever had. First, when I make the appointment, they don't…read moretell me that they charge extra 15 Euros for French manicure. So they tell me 42 Euros for 45 minutes of pedicure and 42 Euros for 45 minutes of manicure (what they call Arnica). I arrive to my appointment 5 minutes early, however in the midst of the Saturday chaos, instead of 17:00, we start at 17:25. Of course they close at 19:00, so we finish by 18:55. The room is semi dark, so you literally can't see what they did. And since they were closing, I was rushed out of the shop. When I was on my way home, I noticed that there is almost no manicure and cuticles not cleaned. I return there and show them the pictures and ask for a reimbursement. They tell me the manager will call me the day after. Not the manager, but one of the ladies calls me two days after, saying I should go to the shop that afternoon to speak with the manager. I go there and the manager is in another appointment and can see me only after 35 minutes. If she was busy, why did they tell me to go there?? If they knew she has an appointment, they could have told me to come at 5 and not "this afternoon". Since I didn't have time to wait, I asked them to ask the manager to call me after her appointment. I am still waiting for that call ... if it ever happens. I paid almost 100 Euros and received a service you get in a 10 Euros shop. Don't waste money here.
