However the service that i received from your employee one in particular was absolutely wrong. So I had brought my son with me to Tan he was able to come in the room with me and sit on a chair while I Tanned 2 different times prior to this incident however the nexted time I went and he was with me I was asked to have him sit outside the room, No biggie he did. Then I go again a week later my sons with me he happens to come in the room with me this time I Tanned said thank you and left your employee doesn't say a word to me. The next day or so I call to see about an available bed and was given one at 5pm once I told her who it was calling she says " um im supposed to tell you that you can no longer tan here because you took your son with you in the room" I said I do apologize for taking him with me however it was just a quick get in here let Mom get this done to go home type of thing i didn't deliberately do this and explained this to your employee i asked your employee if there was anything we can do to make this right, no response. I asked your employee to have you call me by 5pm today to talk about this and make it right like adults should but either she failed you or you failed to Either way this was handled terribly!

I planned to call the salon the day of to confirm the appointment and to pay for the services via over the phone or through their app. The salon says their business opens at 9:00 am. I called from 9:00-9:45 am multiple time and it went straight to voicemail. I even texted the phone number and still have not received any response. When my mom got there, the front desk informed her that the masseuse did not show up. They even tried calling the masseuse and weren't able to make no contact. Very disappointing. The front desk was apologetic, rescheduled her, and told her she would get 20 percent off for her next appt, which I already paid for online. Our experience with this salon was that it's very unorganized and a total waste of time. I definitely would not recommend as I found my experience with them to be very unprofessional and their online booking system and phone seems to not work properly!
