a group of people eating ice cream

This cute little souvenir shop is adorable, and is run by the sweetest woman. Very welcoming feel, fun souvenirs, and excellent customer service. Owner even gave my daughter free drinks for her birthday. Definitely a must if you are vacationing in Navarre. Ask if she's selling Italian Ice. It was delicious, and the biggest serving I've ever had for $5!

What an awesome looking shaved ice. It was devoured fast. Love this place.

We are on our way out of Florida and was craving shaved ice. The night before, my daughter asked me to take her to a place we had visited earlier on the week only to arrive and the place was closed. So on our way out, we decided to go to get shaved ice, and again the place was closed The search began to find shaved ice and we looked to Yelp for help leading us to this shop. For me and my daughter, the ice texture was superior than the previous place we visited. Unfortunately, this place was limited in flavors and the price was a little bit higher. Nonetheless, the shaved ice was awesome and quenched our thirst.

Gyro with feta and fries.

Love this place! Consistent good food and friendly service over the past 5 years. We visit every summer. And the ice cream shop is attached!

This is the third shaved ice place we found and tried in Navarre Beach. While the flavor options are not as plentiful as at least one other location, we found the shaved ice to be slightly superior. The ice was finely shaved, like snow, and our cups were filled very full. Plastic cup holders with wide brims were provided and came in very useful to catch chunks of ice that fell off the top. The cup holders resembled little sombreros. Also, the kids in our party really loved the color changing spoons! If you're a local or regular, ask for their stamp card. If you buy 10 snow cones, you'll get one free.

Here is one of the the $30 beach towels I got at The Boadwalk Shop. The other had a sea turtle on it and tropical fish. Vibrant colors!!

Old lady was super relatable at the desk. It's a little tight same with parking. Otherwise prices are a little high. Overall cool

Advertised sorbet in multiple places but they were unavailable. No sugar free options. And drastically overpriced for a snow cone.

We could see the ocean and feel the salty air hit our cheeks and sometimes tangle our hair but it was always something my family and I looked forward to. We met Sage and her family maybe four years ago. I was so impressed to learn that Sage was only a teenager when she founded her company. Her family supported her idea of supplying Navarre with bikes to maneuver around the quaint town. And it grew beyond bikes. Our time in Navarre was always with Sage Paddles on the itinerary after discovering how peaceful and memorable scooting around town afforded our family. We wanted to support Sage and her sweet family especially after we learned of her story. Sadly, as of last year they no longer have scooters available. We never quite got to the bottom of why but we have cherished the memories this small family owned company helped us create. And we fully recommend you heading on over there to book your paddle board and transportation needs. Fun fact: the movie Jaws was filmed in this small beach town.

What a nice family business! They were super responsive and made it easy by delivering everything…read moreto the beach and then picking it up. It just matters where you're located since they only service specific areas of the beach. Text them to connect and arrange items.

So I recently went to Pensacola Beach on a four-day vacation with my girlfriend. We stayed in a…read morebeach house rented by a friend and his family. One of the days there we decided we wanted to rent bikes to ride. So I checked my trusty Yelp app and called around. Because of the recent Hurricane Sally and the fact that some of the bridges were out, the only place I found that actually had bikes for rent was The Fun Store. So I reserved three for my myself, my girlfriend and my friend. We showed up to The Fun Store. The employees there were all very friendly (everyone we met in Pensacola seemed to be). They set us up with three bikes. When we went outside to get our bikes, it turned out that my bike had a flat rear tire. I was kind of surprised they didn't check this before giving us the bikes but not too big a deal. I told an employee and he took the bike back to replace the tube on the rear tire. I'm not sure why but it took a long time. Usually, an experienced bike person can change out a bike tire in no time at all. Anyhow, eventually we got the bike back and we took off. We rode for a while and saw some of the beautiful sites along Pensacola Beach. We eventually started back to the shop. At about six miles out from The Fun Store, all of a sudden it got much harder to pedal. I initially attributed this to the wind. At about four miles out from The Fun Store my friend informed me that my back tire seemed to be going flat. Sure enough it was. I was able to pedal a little further but, after not too much more time, the tire was completely flat and I was just riding on the rim. I got off the bike and had the pleasure of pushing it several miles back to the shop. When I got to the shop and told them what had happened, they were sorry but never offered any sort of refund, credit or anything else. Let's recap. The tire was flat when I got the bike. They took it for quite a while and supposedly changed the tube. Then about three miles out the back tire went flat again and I had to walk the bike the remaining distance to the shop. Despite that they didn't offer any refund at all. As nice as they were at The Fun Store, I can't give them more than a two star review. It's unfortunate because their employees really were all friendly. I would not use them again unless I really wanted to rent a bike and there were no other options.

If you ever get the chance to do so and are able, rent a bike, and ride into the park. You still…read morehave to pay to get in, but it's totally worth it. Such a gorgeous ride, it was about 19 miles RT from Pensacola Beach. I recommend you bring spf wear and lotion, an spf hat, some trail mix or something to snack on, and definitely some bottled water. We brought the spf wear and the hat, but nothing else and were fools. Oh yeah, and in case you did not know like me, the tops of your hands will burn, so be sure to cover or lotion those as well. Duh! If you need to rent a bike like we did, rent from The Fun Store, easy peasy friendly and affordable. Also, if you plan to make a day of it, bring your beach stuff too, plenty of gorgeous shore to park yourself on. If you have no accessories, The Fun Store has everything you need. Things to know about the fort, there are bathrooms, some water fountains, a ferry in season, bike racks, a fishing pier, a book store. The lady that works the book store does take a lunch, so she may step out mid day for a break. Also, this is the most important tip, the book store does carry sun tan lotion, and had just added a bottled water machine - hallelujah! That was my saving grace and thank you again to the nice lady working the book store that saved me. As for the fort itself, if you like forts, or civil war history, then you will be right at home.
