Whoever is in charge of this location should be fired. Having one door open for an event that is sold out is ridiculous. They started an hour late and likely missed out on thousands of dollars in concessions sales. I don't know if I'd want to come back for an event here. read more

First time attending an event here. Parking is easy. Smaller venue. Saw Miranda Lambert and Old Dominion here and the venue had decent acoustics. Women's bathroom by section 106 was horrible. A half dozen stalls with women coming in from two different directions. They need to put an "enter" sign on one end with an "exit" sign in the other. I never understand why women's bathrooms aren't made with alot more stalls when the venue handles large crowds. read more

When I was growing up this place was called the Metro Centre before being bought out by BMO Harris Center Bank Group. It still has the same great atmosphere as I remember as kid. They have better entrances for patrons to come through, they do security at all events, and the customer service is great throughout the whole facility. I know the seats have been renovated within the last decade and they have brought in the best entertainment they can for the city of Rockford. Overall, despite being a smaller venue, it accommodates many artists and attractions very comfortablely for everyone that attends. read more
