Robby did not know about soil and how deep the foundation went. When I contacted him asking him for the updated information that he had sent the contractor. He swore that nothing had been changed. There was a lot of drama and he did not want to send it. However, when he finally sent it. There were changes in the numbers. I don't know who for you to use. BUT don't use him. He is for the contractors, not the individuals who pay him.
