They front-door camera is offline, the door sensor 1) does not work, and 2) when we took their advice to "press the front cover" tumbled onto the floor. We called service. The told us to use double-sided tape to fix the sensor that was not working, and that we'd have to pay to for them to send out a technician. Fast forward to move out (only rented for 12 months) we were charged $1000 and did not received our security deposit back. When I asked for a receipt I was given a fake invoice for things like toilet seat repair, smoke detector replacement, touch up paint etc. When I asked for a real itemized receipt I was told they didn't have one. I demanded my money back and haven't heard from them in 4 months. On top of that we were charged a $200 cleaning fee even though the house was 10x cleaner than when we moved in. They charge you cause they can and know it will cost more to get an attorney. Really crummy to do to people. Especially those who always paid on time and had no problems.

Electric meter was removed from the house do to lack of payment. Best story of all my water was cut off for 4 days over a weekend due to Century 21 not paying past due water bills. I sat in a home for 3.5 days with no water and missed a half day of work waiting on Century 21 to pay to have the water turned back on. WORSE REAL ESTATE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Century 21 should not allow them to use their name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
