We haven't had our vinyl siding professionally cleaned in over ten years and Shark was highly…read morerecommended by our neighbors. As requested, Hubs emailed pics of our house and received a quote (house, gutters & outside of windows) that afternoon. Thursday was (another) slightly damp day, so we were contacted that am to see if we wanted to proceed, which Hubs confirmed. Fred (owner) & Derrick arrived @30 minutes beforehand and let us know how they planned on getting tasks completed. (Note: they were very appreciative that we'd mostly cleared off front & back porch ourselves.) Derrick got onto our roof in front to access all our gutters (2+ stories in back) & it was incredible how much gunk blew out after so many years. Fred covered all outdoor sockets & removed screens (later cleaned & reinstalled) and then both alternated between soft washing a side & then cleaning windows. Three other young men arrived & finished up windows. Asked Fred about second story windows that were not dried off and he said solution they use prevents all water spots when dried and said if not "call us and we'll come out to fix it." (Next day: no spots anywhere.) Previous company had power washed our vinyl which left streaks on our (then 10-yr old) siding & windows, so were glad to find a company that uses a different, and very successful, technique. Highly recommend Shark Window & House Cleaning: very professional (&local) group and look forward to using their services again when needed. Rates were very reasonable and well-worth the outcome!

The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. About two hours after drop off, my phone rang and it was the same gentleman letting me know that the windshield that they had pulled for my truck was not the correct one. This was 100% my fault, as I had stated that the truck was not equipped with some thing that it was equipped with. He offered to not only sell me the correct one at the same price, he made arrangements to do it at my home on Tuesday. Customer service win number two. He then thanked me for my patience and understanding even though it was my fault that they had the wrong glass to begin with. Customer service win number three! If they would let me give more stars, I'd be happy to!

I called to have it fixed and the woman answering the phone said "just come by and a technician will ride with you to pinpoint the problem " so I did. After some time they locate the leak and scheduled an appointment. It was discussed to put silicone on the inside between glass and dash and I specifically said NO!! I DONT WANT BLACK GUNK ON MY DASH!! So they ordered another windshield to have on hand in case mine broke in the removal and reinstalling process. The appointment was even rescheduled once because windshield wasn't there yet. Jump to today. Day of rescheduled appointment and I call 1/2 hour before appointment to make sure all is good and Jeep can sit in rain after appointment and was told all is good. I sat waiting for 1 1/2 hour while they "worked" on my Jeep. I go out to my finished Jeep only to fine a STRIP OF WET SILICONE! Between Glass and dash!!!! And was then told that they DIDn'T have a replacement windshield after all and so they DIDN't remove and reset my windshield! Only did exactly what I had told them I WASNT OK WITH!! Silicone!!! WTH!!! It took 1 1/2 hours to shoot a NOT wanted NOT very well done strip of black gunk on my dash???? Seriously!!! Is my time worth nothing!?!
