After the lack of communication, we reported the matter to the Better Business Bureau as well. Bottom line: Be extremely cautious when hiring Sunrise Mo. Our experience was upsetting, and the company's failure to respond to a reported problem and claims request is a major concern.

First of all I WAY over estimated the time I would need them. I had a one bedroom apartment and I was just moving from one floor to the next floor up. But I had a lot of furniture and stuff! They moved my entire apartment in 1 HOUR!!! I was floored! That was up stairs too! They were FAST, professional, courteous, on time, took great care with all my belongings.
