The only minor downside I've run into is when the escalators aren't operating. If you're trying to leave quickly and don't want to fight your way back through the vendor crowds, be prepared for a bit of a trek down the emergency exit stairs and through an empty floor or two. Other than that, the space is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff does a great job keeping things running smoothly no matter how packed the event is.

I asked if I could get a discount for their mix-up...he stated no. After I walked out the store...a lady came after me and first stated some items were on back order. When I said then why was I not contacted...she then said the guy messed up and they had to just run and retrieve my package from the carrier and she would take off one of the Bitters I had ordered.
