I love this taco truck! It's my go to taco truck! They have the best in my opinion taco Tuesday…read morespecial. I take advantage of it almost weekly! And during the other days, I still eat their tacos I think this is a really good truck. I would highly suggest coming here to get some tacos. They have really good Pollo tacos. Also, I love their pollo asada tacos the best. I think the flavor and moistness is hands down the best I've had. My boyfriend loves their Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos. They have a large assortment of meats to choose from, lingua, asada, birria, abodado, carnitas. More than just a taco truck, they have birria ramen, tortas, carne asada fries. I have not tried any of those yet. During the day you'll find lovely ladies that are helping you at night and I find that it's usually the same guys helping you every night. All the staff that I've seen has been very friendly and very welcoming and eager to assist. It's just a taco truck right next to the Arco gas station. Can't miss it, big red truck. Sometimes there is a wait especially if you come during peak hours, but usually they can get your order in and out within about 10 minutes. They do have a rewards club that you can join. It's 1 point for every seven dollars that you spend. And then sometimes you'll also get text specials and freebies which I enjoy. I think that the food here has a lot of value and it's good portions. Don't miss out on the taco Tuesday special which has two dollar tacos. That way you get to try a few different kinds of tacos.

Anytime I see a Los Gorditos or Gordos, I'm obligated to stop and investigate. Fortunately for my…read morewaistline, Martin and Evelyn's taco truck isn't near my house, because if it were, I'd be a Grande Gordo in no time. I debated between the torta and the tacos, but since this was our first date, I played it safe and ordered the carne asada tacos. At $3.25 each, they're street taco-sized in theory, but the mountain of perfectly seasoned carne asada spilling out of them told a different story. I actually had to ask for a fork just to finish what escaped onto the tray. The tacos came loaded with fresh cilantro and red onions and tasted far more gourmet than their humble appearance suggested. The red and green salsas were both excellent, but the real star was their pico de gallo-style salsa. It had a slightly fermented tang that instantly reminded me of kimchi, and I found myself putting it on everything. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Next time, I'm skipping the internal debate and going straight for the torta.

Yelp Review 2025 #206:…read more Los Gorditos is a food truck that serves some amazing birria tacos. But that's not the only thing they have. They have grilled chicken (pieces or whole), tortas, sopes, burritos, tacos, churros, nachos, huaraches, tostadas, birria ramen, quesabirria, pizza birria, menudo, mulitas, asada fries and ribs. Meat choices include lengua, asada, pastor, buche, birria, pollo, cabeza, and chorizo. You can find them on Craig and Simmons. In the same parking lot as Chevron and Lucky 7's bar. They're grilling meat on site so you can them hot and fresh and it smells delish! I got their 3 birria taco combo that comes with garnish and consommé. Tender meat that's flavorful on its own. Dip it in the consommé and it's just absolutely amazing! Service was friendly and fast. They are proud of the food they serve and it shows. Pricing is very reasonable.

Good Bad Delicious (GBD) is the resident food truck on Thursday evenings at Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits. So, I paired my craft beer with the Morroccon Cauliflower Bites, which hit the spot. The next Thursday, I had a Baja Taco Bowl with Crispy Cauliflower, which was very good. The cauliflower, rice, and salad portions make it a healthy option too. It came with one tortilla, but I would have preferred a couple more. The food can be enjoyed in the patio, taproom, or seating area in the store. The owners provide friendly service.

I've heard a lot of hype and seen a lot of Instagram reels on this place, and I will say it did not…read moredisappoint. We arrived right before 5pm when it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of us before they even started taking orders. For only having 2 ppl in the truck, they moved pretty quickly, but by the time we got to the front of the line, there were at least 10 more groups of people behind us. In total we were there about 30 min outside from getting in line to getting our food. We had to get the favorites we've seen, so we got the crackin chicken cutty fries, the green chile burrito smothered, and a slice of Tiramisu. The fries and burrito were both so flavorful. The chicken in the burrito had such a great flavor to it by itself but the green chile was fantastic, a little spicier than I anticipated but mixed with the pinto beans it was such a good combination of spice, flavors, and just goodness. Everyone recommended getting it smothered with cheese sauce and green chile on top so we had to. Definitely found out why it was recommended *love* The fries, omg the fried chicken was so crispy, perfect seasoning on the breading, and the different sauces mixed with it... yup definitely tasty. Such a huge portion size, but they do offer upgraded chicken cutty fries as a side with the burrito to get the best of both and smaller portion. And the tiramisu..... *chefs kiss * it is my favorite dessert so I have high expectations... this hit the mark, and the slice was so massive!! I'm so happy I'll be able to eat on it for days!! Pricing for all of this plus the prickly pear cutty juice with pineapple (which was also very tasty and fresh) was over $60 so a little more expensive but lord, with the portion sizes and all the toppings it's totally worth it!!! We will be back! Just may go try the brick n mortar location bc it was extremely hot outside to be standing in line waiting after 5 pm. If the line was any longer we probably wouldn't have waited. The other locations are a lot farther from us so this was the best location wise. Also would be nice to open earlier, but may not be as easy to do in a food truck which is understandable.

I will say the gentleman taking my order was very nice and when I got home with our order the portions were large and we were very excited to try this place. I got the smothered chili burrito and my husband got the krackin chicken fries. So disappointed. His chicken had no flavor even with the ample breading, the only thing that gave it flavor was the sauces . My burrito was just ok, not as great as everyone claims it to be. We paid quite a bit for these 2 items (close to $40) We both felt "meh" about the food. It's a shame because we have had the hardest time finding good places to eat nearby. We won't be back
