We attended an event in the Grand "International" Ballroom during the holidays. What an elegant hotel - beautifully decorated with sparkling lights and Christmas trees. The ballroom is the same one that the Golden Globes are held every year and it is beautiful. The tables set with china and crystal had an intimate feel. The table service was top notch. Our server made sure we were well attended to. The dance floor was large enough for everyone to dance the night away. And the ladies bathroom... OOOOH-LA-LA!!! When you enter, its a circular room of mirrors... all the better to see and admire yourself - LOL. It features well lit mirrors and elegant vanity areas. Very Hollywood and very glamorous! The Beverly Hilton celebrates 70 years as an icon of the glamour of Hollywood.

I always love attending prestigious film festivals & award shows at the iconic Beverly Hilton Hotel! I recently attended the 2026 Beverly Hills Film Festival's Gala Awards & it was extraordinary! Veronica who is the Front Desk Manager was so kind to charge my phone since it died & then she went above and beyond by giving me their signature Beverly Hilton Hotel slippers since my feet were killing me from my high heels! And then she proceeded to walk me out to my Uber which was so sweet of her. I highly recommend staying there & attending events at the Beverly Hilton Hotel when you want first class service from beautiful kind souls ;)

We had a good stay. There is a decent restaurant inside for meals. It is very pretty as it's decorated with lots of flowers and orchids. We got the poolside rooms but the pool has been moved and it's currently a ditch with dirt. That was our view. See photos. Our room is on the 7th floor and it had water running noise on floor above during nights. Hotel is walking distance to rodeo drive and saks and Neiman Marcus. There's also a Starbucks across the street.

    Construction obstructed the main entrance.

I stayed at this property for New Year's Eve. While I was upgraded to a nice suite and the stay was pleasant, for the price there is room for improvement. For what I spent, I honestly should've stayed next door at the Waldorf. The "NYE meal" at Circa 55 was a disappointment. Rushed service and lack of attention. It felt as if they were more concerns with pushing guest through than delivering a memorable experience. I was also told that only the prix fixe option was available, and then watched as nearby tables ordered off the full menu. One glass of "complimentary" champagne with my dinner and never offered another cocktail. The lobster bisque's emulsion was broken and visibly oily. The petite filet was maybe 4oz. Dinner was a let down. The property was also undergoing construction which , while hinted at in the app at booking, was drastically underplayed as to the extent of inconvenience. My Uber had to circle the block twice to find a drop off "entrance," which then required me walking in through a side door, what felt like a service corridor, and some stairs before I could find the lobby. Yes, they had staff to direct me, but it set a sad tone from the start. The entire entry / departure process was so inconvenient I literally had my departing uber meet me at the Waldorf to make it less complicated. The upgraded suite was nice, but the empty space on the wall where a TV was shown in the app was a reminder of the incompleteness of the room. Amenities were lacking and bath toiletries you would expect in a luxury property were essentially absent. I recognize the property is iconic and as such, dated - in need of the makeover it is receiving. However, the experience for a major event like NYE was notably lacking in comparison to the expectations set by the properties online portrayal. Perhaps after the construction it will be worth the price and worth another chance... until then, I caution against this property - particularly considering other options in Beverly Hills. I typically enjoy every Hilton property and trust the brand, but in this case, Hilton could do far far better.

Today we had afternoon tea at the Hilton. There were so many pastries: mousse, sushi, sandwiches, and scones. We were so full afterward that we didn't need dinner. The sweet and sour shrimp and mango salad tasted a bit strange, but the shrimp was very fresh, so it was pretty good. The English black tea was delicious and went well with the small cakes. Drinks are refillable, which is a great deal, haha We didn't get a window seat this time, but I felt the view from the Hilton wasn't as good as the Sofitel. The window design on the higher floors of the Hilton wasn't as good as the Sofitel's; the windows were too narrow and had very high railings.

The 82nd Golden Globe Awards were held again at the Beverly Hilton - venue to the celebration and recognition of many of Hollywood's most talented. Tonight's event was hosted by Comédienne Nikki Glaser who dubbed it "Ozempic's biggest night" Haha! Amongst the big winners Sunday night 5th January 2025 were: - EMILIA PEREZ - THE BRUTALIST - SHOGUN - CONCLAVE - BABY REINDEER - WICKED - THE SUBSTANCE - I'M STILL HERE Many attractive stars adorned the red carpet on the big night premiering the start of award season. Who did you vote for? Soon we will have the SAG Awards, Critic's & People's Choice, BAFTA, Independent Spirit Awards, and finally the Oscars. Thank you!

Great location, however the hotel is under MAJOR construction. We stayed in December and there was some work happening then, but this time we completely missed the lobby experience. The view from our room (607) is great, but had we known the extent of the construction, we would have chosen a different hotel

I always love my time at the Beverly Hilton! Everyone is so nice and the ambiance is old school glam. Food upstairs is tasty as well as the view and the rooms are comfortable!

Really a lovely old hotel. Could use some updating (carpet). There was late night construction outside which ruined my balcony experience, but besides that this property is still elegant and the service excellent.

With the vast amount of hotels in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, there isn't many places that are iconic with as much history as "The Beverly Hilton". Ever since its grand opening back in 1955, this has been the prime location for the annual Golden Globe awards, motion picture events, and other major gatherings that bring in well-known stars from around the world. This place is not small as it sits on 9 acres of land. And with it brings 7 total floors with nearly 600 rooms in all sizes. Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, it lies at the intersection of Wilshire Blvd/Santa Monica Blvd. I made my reservation through a travel app roughly 2 weeks prior to coming here. Everything was straightforward and efficient. Check-in time was at 4:00pm and we arrived shortly after during the afternoon of Saturday 7/27/2024. I do want to point out that (during 2024), there is NO self-parking but rather valet only. The flat rate is $65 where they will park your vehicle in the underground parking garage. I also want to mention that this hotel is going through a major renovation and overhaul that eventually will be completed by 2027-28 and right before the 2028 Summer Olympics (that will be held in Los Angeles). This includes a better entrance (as the signs can be a bit confusing for many) and many more upgrades that will eventually take shape in the months and years to come. Check-in process was also quite simple as I gave them my credit card (on file), showed them my ID, and the front desk clerk handed us two key cards. What I particularly like about this hotel is that check-out time is not until 12pm. The bellboy also loaded our luggage and took it up to our room. As far as the room we got, it was a deluxe size complete with a king size bed, dining area w/chairs, 65" TV, mini fridge, closet w/two bathrobes/slippers, charging stations in both night stands, iPad for hotel information, and snacks/drinks/beer/spirits for purchase. Our room also came with a balcony w/lounge chairs and a fairly nice view of the city. The bathroom itself came equipped with several lighting options, glass doors to the shower/toilet, a dispenser that includes body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, a heavy duty hairdryer, vanity mirror w/lighting, and multiple towels. Going back to the hotel itself, this place is absolutely HUGE. On the ground level, they offer an indoor fitness center complete w/showers, state-of-the-art machines, filtered water, and other amenities. You will also notice a heated pool (named the Oasis) that is on the ground level that offers drink service, multiple lounge chairs, and cabanas. And on the roof level is the exclusive "CIRCA 55 Rooftop Restaurant + Lounge" that offers high-end breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options with amazing panoramic views of the city. In addition to all of these features, this hotel offers themed music nights, corporate events, ballroom dancing, meetings, and even weddings. Our stay was a pleasant one and I fell asleep within minutes on the king-size pillowtop mattress with 1100 thread count sheets. I am not someone that goes to the super high end spectrum when it comes to hotels but I got a very good deal (AAA + government discounts) that I just couldn't pass up. The entire staff (receptionist, valet employees, bellboy, room service, and bar/restaurant employees) were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I definitely will stay here again and can't wait to see how impressive the renovations will be. With that said and done, I am giving "The Beverly Hilton" a respectable and above average four stars.

Shout out to Sal, who went above and beyond! After hanging with our son earlier during check in who was driving his transformers across his receptionist desk. When he heard it was my husband's birthday he sent a hand signed card, cookies, chocolates and an epic pic of Optimus prime to our room. Thank you for making our stay extra special!

Stayed at The Beverly Hilton for a work event and had a really pleasant experience. I believe my room was in one of the newer towers--it felt recently renovated, with a spacious layout, stylish decor, and a clean, modern bathroom. There was even an outdoor terrace, which was a nice touch, though not much of a view. The hotel itself is large and well-equipped with everything you might need--great for both business and leisure stays. I used the gym a few times (plenty of machines/equipment), and also stopped by the hotel bar and restaurant. Service throughout was friendly and professional. One big plus is the location--it's within walking distance of Westfield Century City, which has tons of dining and shopping options. There's also easy access to Beverly Hills and surrounding areas if you're looking to explore. Between the updated rooms, amenities, and convenient location, it's a solid spot whether you're in town for work or a more relaxed visit.

This hotel is 5 star in every way. Service, from valet to Checkin, to bell hop getting us settled in. Great hotel. Great view from out on the balcony of the LA skyline. Great restaurant on rooftop. Highly recommend.

She answered our questions, took care of the check-in process, gave us our keys and we were off. By the time we got to our room our luggage had just been delivered. It was all really fast. The room we got was very large and extremely clean. It had a walk in closet, a king size bed with two end tables, a small sitting area, a little office area, and a beautiful view from the balcony. It also had a large bathroom with two sinks, a tub, a shower, and a toilet. Every day that we stayed there the room was cleaned and serviced while we were out visiting the city. We settled in and then decided to get some dinner at the hotel restaurant called The Rooftop. The atmosphere was beautiful. It had heaters running as it was a cool evening and a gorgeous night view of the hills. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Overall the Waldorf had great service. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Plus the Rooftop restaurant was convenient with delicious food options. Staying at the Waldorf was a very positive experience.

There wasnt a single item of this beautiful hotel that I could find fault with.   Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and expertly by a professional and extremely competent front desk staff, who had us not only checked in within seconds, but had upgraded us to a breathtaking suite with amazing views of Beverly Hills.  Bell service for our luggage was so fast they almost beat us to the room!   The newly renovated wing is stunning.  Guest rooms are gorgeously appointed, with just about every amenity a luxury traveler could want.  Despite the modern renovations, they have managed to keep the old charm of this classical beauty, giving you the subtle feeling of a by-gone era, while enjoying modern comfort on a flawless level.   I briefly mentioned to a staff member that I wasn't sure our mini bar was cooling properly, and within thirty minutes, not only was it completely replaced, but a second larger unit was brought in for our wines and other spirits which they had noticed we had brought with us. This was an impressive touch, considering we had not even thought to ask for one. The world class staff saw something they could make better, and made it happen, just like that. Room service was excellent. Food was delivered inhumanly fast, hot, and with top restaurant quality, just what you expect when you stay with the very best. Housekeeping day, and evening turn down service was flawless. A little whisper to our housekeeper for extra water, and we had enough water in our room to fill a bath tub. From the biggest to smallest request, the team at the Beverly Wilshire exceeds your highest level expectations. On that subject, I cannot say enough good things about the incredible staff at this Four Seasons property.  During a few periods of rain, the lobby and door personnel were falling over themselves to provide large luxury umbrellas, door attendants quickly cleaning and ensuring no one was wet, or slipping in the lobby.  There are literally layers of managers overlooking one another, but in contrast to other big name properties and brands, the staff here are all efficient, consummate professionals. No one is just standing around. Everyone takes personal responsibility and initiative for guest comfort and service.  From the housekeepers to the top managers, any request is taken as a personal assignment, treated with the utmost care and urgency, and they ensure it gets done. Always verifying to ensure you are pleased.  Each and every wish is fulfilled with a smile. I never heard the words "no" or "we can't" uttered. Many famous luxury brands try valiantly, but one simply cannot find better service than Four Seasons. They have taken luxury hospitality to an absolute science, and do not compromise on excellence.   Every guest is treated like royalty. Not a single detail is overlooked. From the breathtaking spa, to amazing dining options, this property has it all.  BLVD, the main restaurant and bar, is an iconic establishment with the best views on all Rodeo Drive. The service and food here are simply first class.   I will be writing a separate review just for BLVD, as the restaurant and their staff deserve their own recognition. On a visit several years ago, we received such magnificent service by a server named Surya, that when we had to return to Beverly Hills, there was really no other choice for us than The Beverly Wilshire. More on that incredible experience in my review for BLVD. There is also a new steakhouse, and separate lounge called Cut, by the world renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. This eatery is visually stunning, and the lounge has a classy, sexy, old Hollywood meets the 21st century vibe.  Service was excellent with a huge and professionally curated wine and drink list. There simply aren't enough words of praise one can say about this property and the experience here.   If you visit Southern California, and can afford it, treat yourself to the very best.  The service here is consistently the finest we have experienced anywhere in the US, even among the most elite brands and properties. The Four Seasons has kept, and even elevated this "Grande Dame" of Beverly Hills in all her luxurious glory. Unquestionably of the finest properties in the world to visit. Highly recommend.

The ingredients are top quality, the dishes are thoughtful and delicious, and everything feels elevated. The room service is especially impressive: fast, accurate, beautifully presented, and consistently excellent. It is honestly some of the best hotel room service I have experienced anywhere. What separates this hotel from so many others is consistency. After 151 different stays, I can say with confidence that this team delivers again and again. The service, food, valet, rooms, atmosphere, and overall hospitality are all outstanding. It is very difficult for a hotel to maintain that level of excellence over time, but this property does it. As someone who travels often and has experienced many Marriott properties, this hotel stands out as one of my favorites. It feels like a home away from home, and the team deserves a tremendous amount of credit for making every stay feel personal and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Beverly Hills area. It is truly a special place, and I will continue coming back every chance I get.

When I needed a shaving kit, they delivered it to my room. The property is a little dated but is extremely comfortable, especially with little touches like the Aesop amenities, fluffy bathrobes and towels, and insanely comfortable bed. I came during a great weather period so can't comment on heating / AC but the room was consistently 73 degrees. I felt like I got very good value out of the property, vs. other properties of comparable price point where I've had less pleasant experiences. Given the service and the location, the Avalon is hard to beat. Would absolutely return, especialy during the summer for the great pool.

When I was here I didn't hear one peep. Not one- even though I saw a bunch of kids in the lobby. The reason I stayed here is because I wanted to shop on Rodeo and take all the cheesy, cringy tourist photos. But I didn't want to stay at any where where it would be loud. This hotel is only about 15 min walk or so from Rodeo. (I wouldn't recommend you walking at night but during the day time or even early evenings like 6-7pm. I would be fine. Don't be walking around here at 10pm. You do cut through some residental neighborhoods so just be aware. No idea what Beverly Hills curfew is like so just spend the $10 and uber home if you're going to be out after 8pm. Don't forget to call your parents to tell them you're going to be late for dinner.) The staff was very friendly and even though it was busy. These guys know how to move people through. They are chatty enough to be friendly and make you feel comfortable. But not so chatty that the person behind you is sighing loudly and treating you like the 65 years old woman who is still writing checking at the grocery store. The rooms are smaller but unless you're going to be hanging out in your hotel room. It really doesn't matter. Its got great lighting in the bath room for putting on your make-up. Hot showers, great amentities like shampoos and conditioners inside the shower. I brought my own because I'm particular about the kind of stuff I put in my hair but for thos who aren't. It's one less thing you don't have to pack. The room also has a hair dryer and an ironing board, a small fridge and a safe. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.

Do be aware that homeless people congregate at the supermarket & spill out onto where the hotel is located. Clean & cozy beds, although the pillows (like most hotel pillows) were worn down thin. Strong shower pressure, & I like that the sink is separate from the actual bathroom. The second floor had a very spacious, comfortable lounge area, as well as what I consider to be this hotel's best feature -- an outdoor fire pit. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Like many Marriott hotels, this one has a mini convenience store, of sorts, that sells snacks & toiletries in the lobby. If you're calling a rideshare, take note that it's a toss up whether they will be waiting at the front door or in the connecting garage a few steps away. We had a nice stay without incident, however I'd pick a hotel on a street with better scenery & more bustling activity on my next stay in Century City.

Nice room with a King size bed, the air conditioning was super cold, i like it cold, but it was cold for me. I was not happy with the shower as it was leaking and not sealed. Water went out the bathroom across the walkway almost to the closet. We used about 5 towels against the shower to soak up the water. We had unpacked our stuff, so didn't care to move to another room

From the moment you walk in, you're hit with a cloud of cologne so aggressive it makes you wonder if you accidentally wandered into a perfume duty-free instead of a hotel lobby. We decided to check out the rooftop bar for our anniversary because nothing says romance, like skyline views, and overpriced cocktails. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were aggressively mid - like inspiring neither joy nor outrage. Then came the plot twist. An unhinged woman (not a hotel guest mind. You) planted herself next to us and proceeded to interrupt dinner like she was part of the entertainment package. When we asked the waiter for help his response "What can we do?"iconic. Truly groundbreaking customer service. Just when we thought things couldn't escalate further a Roach made its grand entrance. My husband now apparently part-time pest control, calmly grabbed it with a napkin and handed it to the bartender. Honestly, the most efficient service interaction of the night. At that point, we did what any rational people would do - bolted back to our room, while subtly checking over our shoulders to make sure we weren't being followed by our new friend from the bar. All jokes aside, it was actually pretty unsettling. The next morning, I tried to speak with a manager about the obvious concerns: How did a non- guest make it into a secured floor? What exactly is the hotels approach to Security? And why does it take 12 hours to get a response... From an assistant... Saying Mr. Jazul is very busy? How comforting to know, guest safety ranks somewhere below his calendar. Still haven't heard from him - I assume he's overwhelmed, implementing all those robust safety measures. Would I stay again?
