First time here... it's definitely a taste of Hawaii and more! Upon entering this store a very nice lady that pleasantly greeted Roz M and I. At the time we entered the store it was just Roz M and I, and a few other people who entered after. it was quiet and not feeling rushed. We took our time browsed the store, and seen all the different types of jerky's. The name of this store speaks for what's sold here. It's REALLY The Beef Jerky Store. There's even local kine foods from Hawaii in the refrigerator. Such as Keoki's Kalua pork and Lau lau, Zippy's Chili, Redondos red hot dogs, frozen poi, Holy's Bakery Pies, Manapuas and more local foods and drink. WOW! My purchase included 2 bags of taffy (1) Li hing & (1) Lychee 8 oz each priced at $2.49 for each bag. I have never seen these flavors before, which brought me to buy these. Both flavors taste as what it's said to be. If you're a fan of these flavors? I definitely recommend buying these flavored taffies. There's a lot of prepackaged goodies to choose from. The store seemed to be well stocked. You're sure to find something you like. Am I nuts for rating a beef jerky store? Maybe. But is this store great? Absolutely yes! First of, they have more than beef jerky. They have all kinds of other jerky too. Even seafood. There is so much more than Beef Jerky here. In fact, in all my purchases here, I have maybe bought beef jerky once? This is a more like a Hawaiian snack store just like ones in Hawaii. If you want Li Hing anything they have it. Li Hing dried fruits, candy, gummies, banana chips, you name it. They also have dried cuttlefish, ika, nuts, rice crackers, chocolate, and sugar free candy. They also have some Hawaiian treats and food in the refrigerator/freezer. They are located off of Fremont Street. It's not a huge location and they do get busy. I love The Beef Jerky Store in Las Vegas! I was so excited that I totally forgot to take pictures. This store has such a gigantic selection of dried fruits and seeds, veggies, nuts, cookies, candies, jerky, coffee, jams and jellies, etc. Some items are exotic, and I'd be scared to try them. My favorite item that I always purchase is their Veggie Chips. They contain sweet potatoes, taro, squash, carrots, and green beans. Once I open the package, it's hard to stop eating this delicious snack. The lady who works there recommended the Green Bean Chips, so I bought a bag of those as well. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm sure they'll be good. They offer shipping services, which is really nice. Mom's addiction is persimmons or in Japanese is called Kaki and it can be quite pricey and with our luck it's on special for $8.99 (originally $10.95) which is another thing in their refrigerated display has lots of items found in Hawaii for the locals living here is a great touch as well Portuguese sausage, S&S Saimin, Poi and Lau Lau to name a few. Walking in I was getting all nuts with the selections that got me cracking my cravings galore, the shop is very clean and organized with veggie chips, Li Hing whatnots of course jerky of all kinds. We called in advanced to find if they had Kaki in stock to save us the trip and the staff was very helpful to advise of that though their hours are 9:30-6:00 and are closed on Sunday we came earlier (before 9:30) and was bummed lol but I made it happen. This place is fun. I had never been before and my boyfriend and I were exploring downtown the other day. Their name is misleading: they have a ton of jerky, for sure, but also a lot of candies and other foods. We ended up getting some strawberry puffettes, dried strawberries, and some sweet and sour belts. The prices aren't super cheap - they start around $2-3 and go up to like $6.99 for the bigger bags - but everything we bought was pretty tasty. They also have a pressed penny machine near their entrance and I collect those, so that was fun too. Overall I'd come back here again to browse their selection of candies and jerky. read more

The Beef Jerky Store is a cute store where you can find some creative gifts. They held our luggage while we waited for our flight and enjoyed Fremont Street. I knew it was safe and came back to it just the way I had left it for a minimal fee. I would highly recommend using them for bag service or a special treat when in Vegas! read more

They have it all here. Located right off of the Fremont street experience, it's convenient if you're staying around Fremont. They have alllll the cream seed and snacks! My boyfriend has been coming here to get me fried clams and jerky for awhile, but I finally was able to visit the store in person. I was not disappointed. They have all kinds of jerkies: salmon, beef, turkey, and beef chips. They have seafood, nuts and gummies. I picked up okra, sesame sticks, salmon jerky and beef jerky. Obviously I'm more into savory things, but they have just as many sweet options, too. It's not cheap, but the huge selection is awesome. There were literally only Hawai'i people in here when I went. They sell all the Hawaii things so I'm sure this is a stop for most people traveling from Hawaii to Vegas. read more
