The massage chairs are $5 for 15mins or $1 for every 3mins. After a long movie sitting in theatre seats, this massage chair is a hit! The concessions were great today. The customer service is wonderful here. The staff is great at the concessions. I love that they have self service kiosks. When you enter, you can purchase tickets there, or simply pickup your mobile order tickets.

Well my 13 year old daughter went to the bathroom during the movie and apparently was needing to take more time than usual, she said her stomach hurt and she had trouble going. I went to check on her and was told she shouldn't be in the bathroom long and they were closing it so she had to get out now and we also were told we could not finish watching our movie and was forced to leave the theater. I didn't understand why as I asked if she had done anything to cause this. The staff lady said she's in the handicapped stall and she can't be in there so we have to get her out. My daughter has special needs and I asked if I could go inside the bathroom to check on her and get her out. I was told no! I had to stand there screaming to my daughter asking if she is ok. She is yelling back saying I'm coming mom. When she came out the staff escorted us out telling us we had to leave and could get a refund. I asked why and said we were watching a movie we would like to finish. They refused to allow us to watch the movie and refunded our tickets instead. This was the worst experience Ive ever had going to the movies with my well behaved children. I reached out to the corporate office to give feedback and were given ai responses saying that we got a refund so there's no issue. They stated it was their policy to remove us. I asked them to please share what their policy is and what did we do wrong to be kicked out? We've never been escorted out of a movie theater because my daughter used the handicapped bathroom. I persisted in trying to get a live persons response at their corporate office but they did absolutely nothing. Not even apologize for ruining our movie and making us feel like this was strictly discrimination. It's Avoid this theater! They will kick you out if you are brown or have special needs, just because they feel like it. Worst place to see a movie.

The theater is good for what it is, however when you are expecting one experience and get another it's a bit off-putting. The photos look to be marketing images not photos taken by patrons. Which leads me to believe they were posted by the business, not other reviewers.

I often have date nights here because of the great food and drink selection they offer while watching a movie. That's the point of the experience is getting served at your seat while watching a movie which makes it unique. It's $22.25 per ticket. They do have a rewards program where you can earn points towards a free ticket or towards free food. Every time I am here, everyone is always happy and super friendly plus quick to provide assistance with anything. I recommend everyone having a movie night out in luxury style.

We're so grateful he's back. He's attentive and professional and seems to always remember us. The food menu has improved. For a while food was coming out cold. Each visit (three separate occasions), something I've ordered was either forgotten or brought out very late. On this particular visit (Fri, July 3rd), I went to see a movie for my birthday. Unfortunately, due to public transportation, I was unable to make it to the theater as early as I wanted. My movie started @ 1:30, but I didn't make it inside until about 1:40 or so. The trailers were still playing, but the lights were off inside and the other guests seemed to already have their food/drinks. So, I attribute some of the mishap to that. However, there were less than ten people in the theater. So, keep that in mind as well. I ordered poke nachos, a popcorn, and a soda. Pretty simple order, right? My "host" brought out the popcorn + drink pretty swiftly. The popcorn tasted stale, just like another time I'd visited. Even though I'm pretty sure their 1:30 movies are their first showing. About halfway through the movie, I pressed the call button because I still hadn't received my nachos. The host said, "They might be ready now. Let me check." Translation: "I forgot them." That was pretty annoying. Especially as this is the third time something like this has occurred at The Lot. And I've only been three times in total. Luckily, the popcorn was free because it was my birthday, which I had to remind the host twice before he tried charging me. Do not order it unless you enjoy stale popcorn. The nachos and ginger ale were tasty, though. Overall, the vibe/setup is nice for viewing films. I only which the service and attention to detail was better.

It's a great experience even for a regular cinema. I love how they have different flavors of popcorn. Last time I went, they had a cheesey mix flavor, regular butter flavor, and a chili flavor. There's also a small coffee shop in the theater next to the popcorn/snack sale area. Sometimes they even have a crepe stand that sells both sweet and savory crepes. It's usually between the popcorn sale area and the coffee shop. I know that Cinepolis has a few locations in California as well. I'll have to make a visit to see if they're as good as the ones in Mexico.
