They have a lot of candy options, about 4-6 food options (pizzas, nuggets, hot dogs, popcorn, etc.), and a million drinks. Lines are split into regular customers and AMC A-List. Concession lines move quickly. Bar line moves a bit slower. Theatre was the Dolby Sound Max and it was great. Clean, not smelly, and seats were VERY COMFORTABLE FAUX LEATHER LOUNGERS! I didn't understand why as I asked if she had done anything to cause this. The staff lady said she's in the handicapped stall and she can't be in there so we have to get her out. My daughter has special needs and I asked if I could go inside the bathroom to check on her and get her out. I was told no! I had to stand there screaming to my daughter asking if she is ok. She is yelling back saying I'm coming mom. When she came out the staff escorted us out telling us we had to leave and could get a refund. I asked why and said we were watching a movie we would like to finish. They refused to allow us to watch the movie and refunded our tickets instead. This was the worst experience Ive ever had going to the movies with my well behaved children. I reached out to the corporate office to give feedback and were given ai responses saying that we got a refund so there's no issue. They stated it was their policy to remove us. I asked them to please share what their policy is and what did we do wrong to be kicked out? We've never been escorted out of a movie theater because my daughter used the handicapped bathroom. I persisted in trying to get a live persons response at their corporate office but they did absolutely nothing. Not even apologize for ruining our movie and making us feel like this was strictly discrimination. It's Avoid this theater! Just at their moment, a female worker with a tray appeared so we could find out which direction to find our show. For a clean, classy venue, some of the movie goers were majorly loud. The trailers were still playing, but the lights were off inside and the other guests seemed to already have their food/drinks. So, I attribute some of the mishap to that. However, there were less than ten people in the theater. So, keep that in mind as well. I ordered poke nachos, a popcorn, and a soda. Pretty simple order, right? My "host" brought out the popcorn + drink pretty swiftly. The popcorn tasted stale, just like another time I'd visited. Even though I'm pretty sure their 1:30 movies are their first showing. About halfway through the movie, I pressed the call button because I still hadn't received my nachos. The host said, "They might be ready now. Let me check." Translation: "I forgot them." That was pretty annoying. Especially as this is the third time something like this has occurred at The Lot. And I've only been three times in total. Luckily, the popcorn was free because it was my birthday, which I had to remind the host twice before he tried charging me. Do not order it unless you enjoy stale popcorn. The nachos and ginger ale were tasty, though. Overall, the vibe/setup is nice for viewing films. I only which the service and attention to detail was better.

After getting done, we made a quick pit stop before heading out to our next destination. We enjoyed our time here, which was our second time watching a movie in this Cinepolis location.

It's usually between the popcorn sale area and the coffee shop. I know that Cinepolis has a few locations in California as well.
