These people are crooks selling cheap batteries at premium prices. Why bother having to deal with people who treat you like dirt when you can go elsewhere and pay far less read more

Took my battery in to have it tested. I came from work and had my company logo on my shirt. The employee ask where I worked and I told him and pointed to my shirt logo. At that point he refused to wait on me and walked away. His partner came out and immediately was very rude and disrespectful asking what I did to ruin the battery. I have been going here for 25yrs with no issues. First time I've seen this employee working here. I'll take my business elsewhere along with my companies business and all my 25yrs worth of referrals. read more

Returned on Monday and after checking the battery and having it fail the current test, they still would not give me my money back. Manager referred to the owner, whom also refused to give me my money back. This is a defective product, backed by poor customer support. Specifically the Fairlawn, OH store. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.
