Do not buy X2 lithium ion motorcycle batteries here. I purchased one of these and it failed in less…read morethan a month, for no reason, it shut down while cranking and left me stranded. I first tried to take it back on the weekend, but their "customer service" is only available when the manager is there as the general employees are all that work the weekends and would not help me. Returned on Monday and after checking the battery and having it fail the current test, they still would not give me my money back. Manager referred to the owner, whom also refused to give me my money back. This is a defective product, backed by poor customer support. Specifically the Fairlawn, OH store. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.
