They weren't spectacular but they were appreciated. My least favorite was the deviled eggs which I normally love but they didn't prepare it well. The salad was just that salad mix you but at Costco. The waitress literally threw the plate at my husband and I. I think she was on a rush but seriously! The bread rolls were warm and I like the everything seasoning on it. The main dish was good! It was a thick, juicy chicken with melted cheese on top. The grilled veggies were also very good. The potatoes on the side were not bad. The service was alright except for that one incident. Sunny, warm, slight breeze with an amazing view of the mountains and ocean view. The food is so fresh because it's all farm to table. The service is always good, but today prompted me to finally write a review. I think Alex (boy Alex) has been my favorite server thus far! Walking through the lobby is a kick. I have to say, the tavern I did NOT expect to be so lively at night. I didn't get a chance to go in, but will next time - it looked crowded and fun. We hired Jessie as our day of coordinator, but her help begun well before our wedding day. Anytime I needed advice, had a question or needed recommendations she was readily available to walk me through it! We had initially hired another planner and had an awful experience. We ended up firing her and hiring Jessie and I am SO glad that we did. Jessie did way more work as a day of planner than our "full service" planner did. Any issues that came up before the wedding, Jessie was able to solve for us. The day before our wedding one of our vendors called her saying that they forgot to bring our sweetheart table. When Jessie broke the news to me, she was calm and offered a couple of different solutions. The company we ended up getting our table from had mentioned that the table was not available for rent, but they made an exception because of Jessie. That is how well known and respected she is in this industry. Every little detail was perfect. She did an incredible job setting up our decor and coordinating all of our vendors. The rehearsal dinner was smooth, quick and to the point. She somehow managed to keep our entire bridal party + families in line (we had a bridal party of 25). She even made sure that my husband and I were able to eat at the ceremony by literally standing guard and blocking people from bothering us! It has been almost 3 months since our wedding and to this day, my family and friends still rave about Jessie. They all say how incredible she was. She was on top of it, organized & fun.
