To his surprise, not only did they cut his hair exactly how he wanted (and it looks FIRE), but they didn't charge him to re-cut it. I find them much better than the salons in the mall across the street. Price is reasonable too - especially compared to what I'm used to paying back in T.O. Also, I don't care for conversation with my barbers but this guy didn't try to say a single word to me. As for any pros, the place itself is nice, small but well lit, and clean. There's a paid parking lot right across the street. Price is okay, $20 for regular cut $17 for students. I'm willing to believe that this place is decent and i just had a bad experience due to the number of positive reviews I've seen on Facebook. However, I am not encouraged by what seemed like a clear example of not caring about new customers because a long time client is in.
