I asked him if he does clipper cuts like fades, and he said yes. Good enough for me! I had a great conversation with Bob while he cut my hair. He's been cutting at this 60-year-old shop for 10 years now. How am I the first person to write a Yelp review?!? Anyway, he explained all that is required to be licensed as a barber in Minnesota, and I was really impressed. I could tell he was good at his craft. I showed him a pic of my hair cut short, and he went to work. No problem. He knew what I wanted. Whereas some barbers seem to rush you out like a fast food place, Bob was in no hurry. Still, he was efficient and cut my hair in about 25 minutes flat, even while carrying on a conversation the whole time. If you're looking for a real barber with great skill and lots of experience for a fair price, then Bob is your guy. I'll definitely be back again.

They don't trust you. Every time they cut they stop they show you if this is good. No pressure. They spend one hour with every customer. I am not the most generous tip giver but I displays I did them really well because they take all the Time in the world to do a good job clean job.
