I looked over, the back of my sons hair was cut short and the front was pretty much gone. When we asked him a question, someone stepped in to translate. This means he NEVER understood what I said in the beginning and just nodded his head. This is a HORRIBLE experience and now my sons hair is not how I wanted it to look for his first day of school. Scott's Barber Shop doesn't allow appointments, and the haircuts are provided on a walk-in basis only. Classic pop music played over the speakers while I visited. It appears that Scott is a one-man operation, but he performs haircuts so efficiently that you don't have long to wait. I only waited about 15 minutes to be seated, and my haircut was equally fast. Scott trimmed my hair precisely to my specifications. I would highly recommend Scott's Barber Shop for men's haircuts.

He's patient, he listens, and he asks questions to make sure he understands exactly what I want before he ever picks up the clippers. That's good practice, and I notice the other barbers doing the same thing with their clients too. I'm from Queens , New York, so I have high expectations when it comes to haircuts. For us it's part of your image. To me, getting a cut is the one time I can sit back, relax, have a good conversation, and walk out feeling refreshed and looking sharp. That whole experience matters just as much as the cut itself, and that's exactly what I get every time I come here. I bring my two teenagers with me, and I spread the word to anyone who compliments my haircut. On top of all that, the pricing is competitive and I feel like I get my money's worth every single time. I highly recommend Bryan because he's my barber, but I'd recommend just about any of them. I'm observant, and I've seen how they cut and how they treat their customers. If you're looking for a good haircut, quality work, and fair prices, this is the spot.
