I asked her for her opinion and what items to get and she really didn't provide much help. But other than that, this was a good experience. I ended up getting three items including a Nutella danish, a cheddar-chive scone, and a piece of their pecan bread pudding. All of these items were delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed each one! The pecan bread pudding was great, it wasn't too sweet and the texture was perfect. I just wish it was warm as it was given to me cold. Unfortunately, the delivery driver left them outside in the extreme heat, and they were completely ruined by the time we got home. I called the store, and although it was a third-party delivery issue, they asked me to come in the next day with photos and the receipt. That's when I met Heaven. She listened, understood the situation, and made everything right without hesitation. More importantly, she treated us with genuine kindness. During an already difficult time of grieving, her compassion and heartfelt apology meant so much. That level of empathy and customer service is rare these days. Heaven turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I am so grateful. Heaven, thank you for your empathy, your professionalism, and your kindness.
