Great selection, I saw brands that I don't see often in my usual dispensary down in South Bay. The store itself is an open floor and you can move around the counters and shelves to peruse their items. The young lady who helped was upbeat, accommodating, and quite knowledgeable about the products. Sorry I forgot to ask her name. This is a beautiful dispensary and I had a great visit. I really loved the displays, and the person who helped me (I kinda assumed the owner) was so nice to me. He helped me pick out some locally grown flower and even let me behind the counter to check out the stock and pick the jar that I wanted. As a new customer, I also got the 20% discount. A lot of my recent dispensary visits in the Bay Area (where I live) have been super disappointing of late, but I really enjoyed my experience here. read more

Highly Disappointed, Horrible customer service. Two different occasions I had problems. One time I drove to the coast specifically for a certain type of flower got all the way back home to find out they gave me the wrong one. Drive all the way back and politely asked if they would exchange it(unopened,with receipt) and was told no!. Today I went in asked for a specific flower and was shown a nice bag of chunky flower said I would take it. I was the only customer in the store, I asked a few questions about concentrates and brands I hadn't encountered, then picked one, and a few minutes later picked another. Then I picked a blunt. I had a store attendant behind the counter helping just me the entire time. After each selection the employee placed my choice into a bag and when I was finished stapled the bag and I paid and left. Well, the concentrate I took the most time thinking about and choosing based on strains and desired effect was not there and instead it was some random one I hadn't considered from the same brand. It's not like I can prove that it wasn't what I asked for and take it back, so I tried it anyway and it was overwhelmingly disappointing, as was the blunt. So I have one concentrate that turned out mediocre and one that is useless, and a blunt that didn't get me high at all, and I'm out $90 (left a tip too). I'll be driving down to Sovereign instead where the prerolls and concentrates I've tried so far were fantastic so far. The employees at The Bakery were all nice and the shop looks very hip; probably best for tourists I suspect, but if you're actually looking for Marijuana as an experienced user it isn't for you. read more
