For context, I've had over 200 massages from at least 100 different masseuses in the past 7 years, and she is hands down the best. I visited her 4 times, so it wasn't a fluke. And don't get me wrong, I've had many many great massages. But this is the top. Her hands are truly like magic. She doesn't follow a cookie cutter routine...she finds the spots that need work, and she targets them effectively. Michelle probably revealed 10 new "spots" on my body that need massaged, that no other masseuse has touched before. Her knowledge is top notch. I learned so much about my muscles and tendons just by asking her questions. I genuinely wanted to take the knowledge home with me because I'm afraid that no one else will ever be as good as her. The whole spa is awesome. The 4.9 Google rating is no joke. I booked an entire day of bliss for my fiancé (body wrap, massage, and facial) and she was delighted from beginning to end. I paid for three visits in a row and on my last visit they're arguing with me telling me I only paid them $50 when the girl who rang me up was sitting right there. I told them several times I've already paid you guys and I'm not paying you again again they continue to argue with me. The lady goes back gets the receipt from the day. I was there and sure enough she pulls my receipt $150.. Now for the care. I come from Colorado and they're the chiropractors really take care of their patients in terms of doing what's needed to give them relief. Here they're very limited. I have a herniated disc L5 S1 so I need a flexion distention table and a chiropractor willing to get in there and do manual manipulation. Number one this place doesn't have that table number two. They don't do manual manipulation like that. They only do the cracking adjustments so if you were looking for quality care above and beyond, just the cracking adjustments, don't come here they will nickel and dime you have to pay extra for a traction table, acupuncture, and massage. And not 10 or $15 like $50-$70. So if you're looking for a place that puts patience care and quality of care above the dollar bill don't come here. I do have to say that Leah Moss the chiropractor there is so sweet and so nice and I feel like she really tries and she wants to help but that facility really just doesn't give her the tools to go above and beyond for her patients. Because of the lack of tools in willingness to go above and beyond for their patients, I will not be coming back here. But I do want make a point if Leah was working at another facility that did give her those tools where she can truly care for her patients and give them the quality service. They deserve, I would absolutely go see her.
