However the people who run the place are the biggest A holes, who treat thier customers like crap. The last time I washed my car I was using their soft soap dispensing brush with one hand and in the other a micro fiber towel. Which together I was trying to scrape off the bugs from the front of my car when the soap stopped all of a sudden. I stand up to find the guy running the place had turned off the sprayer and began yell "no bucket washing, if you want to do that go home and do it out side your house". He then points to a sign with a bucket and sponge that says no bucket washing. First off I did not have no damn bucket second I live in a apartment so I can't wash my car outside it and third he wasted a minute and a half of my money. I understand why no bucket washing because they want you to pay for your time and not just use a little of their stuff and take up space, but I was using their stuff I had my credit card running on a timer I should be able use a rag if I want to during that time. This rude and unnecessary hostility was also experienced by one of my roommates who failed to head my warning about this place.

The cashier, who how should I put it nicely um did not look like he was born in Salina KS, wanted me to play power ball with my dollar change. I kindly refused and said I was just passing through and not from there. He than basically proposed to me telling me I was the most beautiful girl ever and I should not be driving alone and I should buy a power ball ticket. He than proceeded to watch me walk out the door, to car all from the door of his store. I was flattered and a bit scared all at the same time. If I ever want to date again I definitely need to leave Seattle, Seattle fails in men for me, though I don't think I'll move to Salina maybe back to California. Two pluses for this place besides being proposed to: 1.) my Dasani water was cheaper here than Seattle and 2.) so was the gas!

The two fellas taking care of the vehicle in front of us as well as our own took great care to make sure our vehicles were clean to the best of their ability before sending us through the automatic wash. They took the time to notice what each vehicle needed and targeted those places instead of just going through the motions. We are excited to come back!

After some minor paint damage happened to my car, I took it to Dacus for an estimate. They…read moreperformed the estimate and sent it to me, and then I provided it to my insurance company - all good so far. After insurance processed it, we received a check for $500 less than what the claim had been. I called the insurance company to ask why this was, and they said that Dacus had agreed to do the work for the lower price, so with my deductible and the check they had sent I would be good to go. I called Dacus to schedule to work, however they surprised me: They said they didn't care what they had agreed to with the insurance company, they would be charging me the full price on the original estimate, and probably more, and I would just have to eat what insurance didn't cover. Thankfully, I called my insurance and was able that check voided (it was addressed to the body shop), and found another body shop that agreed to do the work at the price that Dacus had agreed to do it for before they tried to make me pay the original estimate price out of pocket. The insurance company had the documentation that Dacus had agreed to do the work for that lower price, email trail and everything, so Dacus apparently thought they would just agree to the lower price and then get some extra money on top out of me. No thanks.
