Got a text, did not respond, then got a call from Jerry asking if I have a real estate need, I asked where he got my number he said I was on his data base. Then he got rude and hanged up on me. Why do you people text and call out of nowhere? Please do away with your data base and earn your business through good ole hard work. read more

Unfortunately, This team acted in an unethical and unprofessional manner. I looked at one of their homes on Friday at 11 a.m. and had my realtor supply notification on an offer by 12:05. After waiting all day and checking numerous times with my realtor, to my gut wrenching surprise the house went under contract and showed under contract on HAR when I looked again at 7p.m. without so much as a courtesy phone call from the agent. I discovered this on HAR myself and it was heartbreaking. Multiple proven attempts were made by my realtor to be sure they received my offer. All methods were utilized, email, text and phone calls. My realtor sent a text message stating we were making an offer over listing price and received a response in acknowledgement directly after our showing. My realtor has email proving she emailed the offer. The offer was electronically submitted via Zipforms. After leaving messages to determine if there were any issues I received a call back Monday morning and was told they would look into it. After much discussion, I was informed that they never received our offer and that "sometimes that happens" or might've gone into junk email. How is that even acceptable? Then they offered to allow me to be a back-up offer.. which is fine, but really don't provide false hope. I used to work for US Investigations for years so I started investigating. It's what I do. A thorough agency would communicate with each other and especially when an offer is coming above asking price. The excuse of using google generated lines is no excuse at all. Buyers beware. It smells like an inside deal to me. I realize mistakes happen and I asked the listing agent for an apology which she refused to do so now I'm proceeding with contacting the broker, Realtors association, BBB and attorney general's office. I sincerely hope the commission was worth it. read more

Working with the Ozzie team has been my biggest nightmare. I thought I was making a smart decision to use one realtor to sell & buy a property. I was not expecting the realtor that sold my property to dump me on another team member shortly after selling our property. I was made many unfulfilled promises throughout our time working together from sending scouts out to my desired neighborhood to find people willing to sell their home to being given a percentage of the commission to go towards closing. There was not a single property that I viewed that was sent to me by either realtor I worked with. I was always the one sending HAR links to the realtor & asking that a showing be set up. Both realtors told me how they had connections & could see listings before they were live & what an advantage this would be for me....yet I was always the one sending houses & asking for showings to be scheduled AFTER they were live. On the property I purchased, I had a showing scheduled with the listing agent before my realtor ever even responded back to me! Asking this realtor to negotiate on my behalf was a joke. Everything I asked for was bawked at despite having multiple estimates & an inspection to support what I was asking for or it was suggested to me that I was going to "kill the deal". I asked out of my contract multiple times when I felt uncomfortable or was unhappy with the results & I was denied every time. Then after getting a contract on a house I was asked to sign ANOTHER contract for the "compliance department". If you are considering using this team, I urge you to get EVERYTHING said to you in writing & to talk to more than just their team of realtors because their priority is selling rather than working in the best interests of their client. I would NOT recommend using this team and I would be very wary of signing a contract with any realtor. You are more likely to get the home of your dreams and have greater flexibility negotiating if you simply use the listing agent. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better team! Team is the key word here. We planned on a very short closing between the sale of our current home and our new home and they made it happen. We had offers after 2 days on the market and it is without a doubt due to their recommendations. James was great at showing us numerous homes and very flexible with numerous showings with a tight schedule. Sommer was the best with negotiations. Ozzie and Val was very insightful with the area and the plan in getting our home sold in record time. I couldn't have asked for a better Team to work with. read more

Would NOT recommend this realty company if you are looking to buy a home. I was contacted by the "Ask Ozzie" team when I was interested in a home and was referred to their lead buyer specialist, Christy Bulerez Wyatt that supposedly specialized with first time home buyers. Not ONCE did Christy make us feel like she was easing the process of looking for a home, she only made it more stressful on us. First off, she was never available to meet with us and always had an excuse as to why. She never made us feel like a priority but more a burden on her. She had another realtor that didn't even work for the company at the time (she was in the interview process- didn't find this out until offer was made) show us homes and we were told Christy would step in when we found the right one. Not only did we not even meet her until we were literally writing the contract, we set up the meeting to do so!!! Oh, did I mention that we found our own home!! Also, they make you a personalized HAR account that you can do on your own and our search results came up with nothing that we told her we were looking for in a home. They as a company literally did nothing to help with the assistance of purchasing a home, but sign a single piece of paper. Lastly, once the offer was accepted we never even heard from them again besides telling us that yet again another realtor took over that part of the process. They didn't even show up to closing. So, if you're looking to do all the work in finding a new home and give them 3% for signing a piece of paper, that is all their good for!!!
