I've had lots of friends get ink done by Sam here as well, and I've never been disappointed with the work. If I didn't have a tattoo guy already (James) then I would definitely be coming here. Maybe someday.

He promised me a whole sleeve for 250$ and when I paid him that after the first session just to lock it in to be a good client he would keep trying to break the session into multiple sessions even as I wanted to just get it done for the rate in one or two sessions. Even after 2 sessions and tips both times my arm isn't even close to done. Honestly super disappointed as he seemed to not care about what I was saying and now have to fill half my arm with a new artist as he is not responding to his messages. Oh well.

No woman really likes to stray away from their usual stylist, beautician, nail artist, etc…read more However, I moved across the country from Tampa to Pueblo for a few months and was now without my lash lady. Flying back and forth to Florida just to have my lashes done is a bit ridiculous. I will admit I was hesitant to have my lashes done for the first time by someone else, but I am glad that someone was Sirena. She knows what she is doing, super sweet, good at explaining her craft, & very efficient. Her shop decor screams luxury and tranquil vibes & I truly enjoyed my experience every time for the past few months. Thank you Sirena!

I did care for my lashes with Brandi's instructions and the 10 cent brush she sent home with me... The pictures I posted are in fact Brandis work! The lashes I got from the nail salon actually looked a million times better than the ones I got from your salon. And to set you straight, I was not offered for you to fix my problem.. In fact, the salon owner was extremely rude, lied to get me down to the salon and proceed to tell me she left her eyelash remover at home and its my own fault my lashes look the way they do, even after 4 days, not even full days technically... Then they tell me to go home and removed my lashes with olive oil, which took hours and was extremely uncomfortable. After talking with other salons in Colorado Springs, they are amazed a "Pueblos Best" salon would give me that kind of guidance.. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Anyways, I will be praying for you all because you need it...

Very sweet girl. Waited weeks for an appointment…read more But when you drop $200 to get chunky blonde with darker lowlights and leave with just a darker brown than you came in with (I had all documented communication where I told her repeatedly I wanted my blonde back and how I hated the mousy light brown), I have to frown upon that... this was simply poor service for the exorbitant price. I tried to wait 24 hours to see if it would grow on me and i completely hate it. STILL HATE IT I contacted her and was only given the option of one day in her ENTIRE calendar to fix it. I work in a busy hospital and I can't just drop a day to go on her only available day she was willing to rectify this. Sad that I really was hoping to find a reliable place in pueblo.

My appointment was with stylist Jimmy and unfortunately, their unprofessional and rude behavior severely impacted my experience. During my appointment, Jimmy, was rude & unprofessional. I found this behavior to be uncalled for in ever aspect of integrity. . A professional salon environment should be welcoming and positive, and this was not my experience. This incident is particularly disappointing This experience has left me with a very poor impression of the service and your name.

Before the service began,…read moreI told the technician that I had a very sensitive spot on my foot that I believed could be a wart or a callus. I trusted their professional judgment, but they used a metal, cheese-grater-like foot file on that area, which was extremely painful. After the appointment, I looked into Colorado regulations and became concerned because I believe the tool and technique used may not be permitted under state cosmetology rules. I feel my concerns about the sensitive area should have been taken more seriously, and I should have been informed before something that painful was done. The polish application was also disappointing. My toenails looked sloppy and did not have the clean, professional finish I expected from a pedicure. Overall, I left feeling unhappy with the quality of the service and the level of care I received. I won't be returning.
