We were told they could be done onsite, 1 for every 15 minutes. We provided a list ahead of time of what people did in their roles to make it easier. We had a lot of fun while they were in our office, but then we were told that the artist had to take the caricatures away to complete the theme portion of our request. It is now August 2019 and they have not been completed and our project intention has been ruined with employees. We had to pay up front and have been refused any refund for this horrible experience. We were told that they didn't know it was this big of a project but we were very clear, over a phone call and various emails, to explain exactly what we wanted and we don't believe it's an unusual request. If we could give no stars, we would.

I am very pleased with the excellent service that Capital Relamping has provided. I had to replace…read moreone of our ceiling fans which had been on our ceiling for about 30 years. The replacement fan was a Hunter Douglas and it had a light kit with it which the original fan did not. I followed the instructions that came with this fan. After my work, there were some wires left unused, and that really worried me a lot. I had followed the instructions very carefully, but those "left over wires" made me very uncomfortable. I had been given excellent service by Capital before and they were excellent there as well. So, I gave them another call and explained to them my concerns. They said no problem and asked for my address and said that they would be there sometime in the early afternoon and that is what they did. The young man that they sent was extremely polite, clean and was very thorough in examining my work. He found extra wires and capped them, but everything else that I had already done was ok.
