The staff is amazing and we feel they care. They just treated us with amazing respect and…read morecompassion. We brought our father there as if we were having lunch. That day it was fried catfish, okra, shrimp and baked potato. Food was delicious. Drinks were sweet and unsweetened tea along with lemonade. No soda, but you can bring some when you visit. They lead him by the arm, which he loves when women show him attention and walked him into their dedicated memory wing. He's had a rough go the last few nights, but he's an escape artist. I think he's getting use to the facility. Being that it's memory care, it's locked down. And he has less free run. We're confident that they are the best care in Jackson and surrounding towns.

this agency is very bad.i dont reccomend anyone work there.they can send the caregivers into homes…read moreof drug addicts,and then these addicts will say they losts drugs or someone stole them,when they take them and then say this in hopes that they will be given replacement drugs.this agency will then drug test care giver,and the caregiver passes drug test but they fire them anyway and on the seperation notice put Discharged due to accusation of theft of medications! this place needs to be sued for libel.i only gave one star because i couldnt post review without it
