She got me comfortable on my own sofa and started the process. The teeth whitening consisted of two twenty minute sessions with quick breaks in between to rinse and reapply the whitening gel. The procedure was painless and I remained relatively comfortable despite the intrusive tools involved. Afterwards Annette explained that my teeth were very porous and went over a list of food I should avoid for the next forty-eight hours. The results were immediate and very noticeable. I will make another appointment in six months to maintain my pearly whites.

I looked up 'Emergency Dental' and found this place. The pain was so bad, I decided to give it a try and the entire process went as quick and as painless as possible. Dr. Arian and the staff were very patient with me and the anxiety I had about getting the tooth pulled. I needed a lot of work, and LVSC worked with me on putting together a plan that was comfortable for my budget. You don't find this sort of flexibility in a lot of other dental practices. They really worked with me to make the work affordable, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. The staff is always professional and courteous. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Being that I have anxiety about the dentist, they do provide some treatment options to help with that. I used the happy gas for my root canal and crowns. It really calms the nerves and I barely remember the actual procedures. Its just as good as expensive IV sedation, for me at least, and much more affordable. Dr. Arian always takes care to make sure I am not in pain. My one complaint is that they aren't open on Fridays, but I can't give anything less than 5 stars. I've had a lot of work done, and LVSC has gotten a lot of my business. I still have more work to do over the next few years, and I can't imagine taking my business anywhere else.

I went to nurse tammy with my M shaped lips and with virgin lips and I had a deep indent on one side of my lips from being too dry and cracking, she plumped and smoothed out my lip balance so nicely and they looked so full and plump without looking like I got fillers. She was very confident in her knowledge which put me at ease and her numbing cream worked amazing as well as the little buzzer that she used to distract me. She is my new lip go to gal since i moved to Las Vegas she will not overfill you and will tell you when she thinks you are doing too much. Highly recommend her and her office. She had me coming back every 2 weeks to keep dissolving more Filler instead of just doing it all at once so we could hurry and move on and refill. Nope Almost 3 months later she talks me into trying a 3 session purchase of microneedling instead of the Filler I wanted. I reluctantly agreed especially since she just lost her assistant and had to quickly hire and train a new girl. I made my first appointment. NGL pissed off. But went. I get there guess the receptionist couldn't do her one job and actually book the appointment. So I drive all the way there with my bf who already is mad about the situation and price and me not getting what I want. Anyway, apparently she wasn't trained properly in xeomin microneedling and she rushed me bc they forgot to schedule me so I got a half ass procedure and scarring. I knew something was wrong so I went to an actual plastic surgeon and explained all of this. Her jaw dropped. I went immediately to see if I could be civil and express my frustration with the office manager at Elements and see if I could get some reimbursement. What a joke. Supposedly the credit card machine was down at that moment. Coincidence? No! So she wrote my credit card info on paper, which is illegal and said when the machine was working that they would refund me partially and let me know. Well, not even an hour later I get a hostile kinda condescending aggressive laughable childish message from.the NP Karen who I had to ask to stop texting me bc It was harassment at this point. Then I blocked her. Ugh. Anyway, this all went down Wednesday. So. I still hear nothing by Monday. I called my bank. Guess what? No pending hold or deposit pending. I called Elements and asked to speak to the office manager and there's 2 btw but weirdly enough both are off on Mondays! Wait, it gets better. So I ask the girl.who answered the phone if they got the credit card machine fixed yet. SHE SAID THEY WERE NEVER DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! Speechless. Surprise surprise tho i woke up thos morning with a text all.of a sudden reiterating my refund would be on the way but it takes a while. Basically Elements is greedy, phony liars. Do not trust them. Absolutely one of the worst experiences ive ever had to through fpr so long.

I actually got in on the special that Hale offered on Facials in September which at that time was $89. No added sales pitches or pressure. My only complaint is that I was "constantly" reminded of my appointment via phone, text and email several times a day sometimes. Which honestly almost made me skeptical and considering cancelling my appointment. However, I'm happy that I did not and enjoyed the relaxing facial and serene, calming facility.
