I was able to call today and get my appointment today So I took a quick shower and hopped in my car and got here right away I believe Urgent Care also has an app where you can schedule on line As usual there is always some sort of form to fill out because it is a medical facility. I only had to fill out one front sheet Have your driver license. Credit card and insurance card with you I brought a blanket with me because I always find doctor offices and clinics to be cold I also brought my phone charger with me since you never know how long you're gonna sit and wait. Surprisingly my wait wasn't that long at all What I really appreciated was they had already contacted my usual Walgreens and found out that their system was down So they saved me a trip and I went to another Walgreens to get my prescriptions filled And when you're not feeling good these are the little things that count

I went into the room, and to my surprise it was like a WW room. I was expecting more one on one service to just to get the supplements and was told now I would need to pay for full service. A trainee came walking into room and I did not authorize this. I felt in full anxiety mode and just wanted to leave but was told I needed to pay the $150 even though I did not see the doctor before I could leave. Tatiana was a nice person but the whole thing but me over the top and felt like I was not in a safe place trying to start a journey I could be happy with. The nutritionist took forever, and this was not even something I was told that I was going to be sitting through for an hour and 40 minutes. Please also note, I got home and had an email from them stating they are happy I came in and hoped they exceeded expectations. Really? Come on now! A few minutes later, I got an email confirming an appointment that I did not make for 4 weeks from now for a follow up.. To what??? $$$$ is all they see, not the person behind that.
