I went into the room, and to my surprise it was like a WW room. I was expecting more one on one service to just to get the supplements and was told now I would need to pay for full service. A trainee came walking into room and I did not authorize this. I felt in full anxiety mode and just wanted to leave but was told I needed to pay the $150 even though I did not see the doctor before I could leave. Tatiana was a nice person but the whole thing but me over the top and felt like I was not in a safe place trying to start a journey I could be happy with. The nutritionist took forever, and this was not even something I was told that I was going to be sitting through for an hour and 40 minutes.
