From the beginning, everyone at Heinrich Law was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We worked mostly with Marjorie, who kept us updated, answered our questions without making us feel like a burden, and was always patient when we weren't sure what came next. Nobody wants to need a personal injury lawyer, but having people who care makes a very big difference. We always felt the Heinrich team was looking out for our best interests rather than just trying to get the case off their desk, and we're very grateful to them for guiding us through a difficult chapter in our lives.

She worked on a case that was complex, regarding a dog bite lawsuit. She is an incredibly knowledgeable, insightful and incredibly smart attorney. She also is very empathetic and a good communicator. Her staff attorneys and administrators were also exceptionally helpful and kind, and made the process as clear and smooth as possible, considering a personal injury case is a very emotionally charged experience. I will be forever grateful to Marjorie and her team for ensuring a good resolution to my case; and *if* I ever had to hire a personal injury attorney in future, I would call her in a heartbeat.

This time my needs for representation were more serious than my minor traffic issue before, so I was pleased to learn that they also handle personal injury and DUI cases. (A friend used them last year for a rear-end auto accident -(Not her fault- deadbeat driver with no insurance---but that's a story for another day) and got everything taken care of.) In this case, I was thrilled with the support and professionalism and guidance I was given. After signing a retainer and sending my information along, the work began. Yes, waiting on our lovely traffic court system is not fun (it's slow people-so slow), but that didn't stop "Team Beahm". I was given updates on the progress of my traffic ticket when they existed. The rest of the time I was able to sit back and relax, no worries. I know that their team of traffic/DUI attorneys cared about my case and were fully invested in helping me get the best outcome. I shared with them my overall objectives and goals---and I really appreciated the way they listened and understood my situation and priorities. In the end, my outcome was far better than I expected. I will continue to recommend Beahm Law to my friends and co-workers based in East Bay and the SF area. Thank you Beahm Law. I hope I don't need your services again, but if I do, I know I'm in good hands.

He explained that Jason had reached out to him because he thought his colleague might be better suited for my budget. I couldn't believe Jason took the time out to do this. It ended up being a great fit. Even though I went with a different attorney, I was blown away by Jason's consideration, concern and attention to my needs.
