DO NOT GO HERE, STAY AWAY !!!! I had my caliper, brake line and hub assembly replaced here. some time passed and I changed the tire on my vehicle, upon doing so the tire Tech informed me that the bottom bolt of the caliper was not secured to the caliper itself. I called 4x4 and he tried to make it seem like it was an act of god that the bolt came off the caliper. But the bolt was tightened to the bottom of the brake frame not the caliper itself. So only 1 bolt was holding the caliper. They told me that they could not take the blame because it had been close to a year.He showed me remorse, sympathy Or understanding for THERE irresponsibility of not doing the work correctly. How is it that the bolt was still on the frame but not connected to the caliper. Oh, and they charged me close to $700 for the work. Been coming here for years. From my 2014 jeep jku to my 99 ford ranger. Still getting serviced here in intervals when i need larger jobs i cant do myself. Have always had great communication calling me for any reason related to my vehicles. I have had brakes/calipers, ujoints and seals, diffs checked, fluids all done, control arms changed, even a whole rack and pinion redone. The list of repairs or services ive had here is long and speaks to the amount of work these guys are willing to put it for your vehicle. Yes price can change quickly but for the specifics of 4x4 vehicles it really isnt that bad. I keep all my receipts as a running record of service on my trucks and have rarely if ever had an issue these guys couldnt handle. read more

I left my truck for the weekend on wat was supposed to be a 1 day job, I returned and they said it wasn't done yet, when I persisted, they changed to they still had to trim fenders They did the job i overheard the employees discussing a fluid leak, without saying anything i walked around the shop to garage and there was a puddle of power steering fluid under my truck, maybe my gearbox was old or somthing, but i had no problems before i took it in, them not saying anything to me made me very suspicious Wouldnt go back read more

Do not go here unless you want to pay for repairs that your vehicle never had. I took my truck in November 9 just so they can install a hitch in the back and a wench mount in the front of my truck. The wench mount in the front had three LED lights that needed to be wired. So when they finish the job one of their employees called me which his name is Manny he told me that the job was done but they had an issue with the truck that it wouldn't turn on. I told him it was fine when I drove it to your shop everything worked. He said he knows that it did worked cause they drove in to their garage with no problems then he tells me ok I will see what we can do to fix it. So I waited awhile I hade to keep calling to check the status of my truck cause they wouldn't call me to let me know what was going on. Every time I called he tells me that he has a technician looking at my truck that they hired from a dealership and that the technician found out it was my computer of my truck was bad so they told me that they tried a used and a new computer on my truck to see if it would turn on and it still didn't work. After that didn't work he told me he hired some other technicians to look at my truck. so I waited again it was over a month that they had my truck and they couldn't find the problem that they caused. Then manny calls me and tell me that his technicians couldn't fix the truck cause they are not experts in electrical work. But then Manny tells me he spoke to his boss and that his boss said that they have one last option that they can take my truck to a mechanic the boss knows. Some guy who does side work on vehicles that he knows electrical stuff about vehicles but they needed my permission to take my truck there. Manny informs me that if I take that option and if the mechanic finds the problem and If he finds it wasn't the 4x4 shop fault i will have to pay for the repair and if the mechanic finds that it was their fault that they will pay for the repair. I then told him no cause I didn't trust them cause he was a mechanic his boss knew which I didn't feel comfortable with that. How do i know he wouldn't lie and say that it wasn't their fault and make me pay for the repair. I also had hard time getting a hold of the shop because they wouldn't answer my calls and which I had to call with a different phones number which they will answer right away thats when I knew they were avoiding me. So I got fed up and just went over there to pick up my truck that didn't turned on. I had to pay for the tow truck to come pick up my truck from their shop. So I can take it to a different shop. The day I picked up my truck one of the workers at the 4x4 shop said that if the other shop I take my truck to finds the problem and if it was cause by them that they will help with the cost of the repair. So i took my truck to another shop and that shop actually hired a mechanic from a dealership to find the issue and less than a week they found the problem someone cut the wires under my dashboard to the BCM (Body Control module) thats why my truck wasn't turning on. The mechanic that fixed my truck said that someone had cut the wires and tried to hide it by wrapping the wires in tape so that no can see it but he found it. So I called the 4x4 shop and they denied that they did it because they don't use tape when they cut wires. One of the workers said they will call me back which they never did so now i have to leave this review so no one else has to go through what i did with them. read more
