Choosing Third Coast Kollision Center in Edinburg for my auto repair was the best decision I could…read morehave made. During my initial visit, I met both Jerry and Gabby who were the most welcoming. After conducting an inspection of my vehicle, Jerry informed me he would be submitting a quote directly to my insurance and further explained the process involved in the repair from the time of vehicle drop off, to the projected date of pick up. Being unfamiliar with this field of work, I found this information extremely helpful; including his attention to details. Typically, I ask a lot of questions in a case such as this, but Jerry covered all the bases and left me with none. When it came time to drop off my vehicle, I left, with no doubt that they would get the job done & INDEED they did! Once the job was complete, it was apparent that he & his team go above & beyond providing excellent service and care deeply about the quality of their work. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair, they returned my vehicle squeaky clean, including the interior. KUDOS to Jerry, Gabby & ALL those behind the scenes.
