After waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes ungreeted, I decided to see if I could get someone's attention as I could hear voices speaking coming from the back of the office. After saying hello twice, I called the office to get their attention. After those attempts failed, I walked back to the cleaning area only to be met with looks of what I could only described as "what are you doing here". There were no good mornings, no smiles, no interest in assisting me, just looks of being put out and a half hearted attempt to let me know that someone would "be right with me." Being in the client service business, it's imperative to show your clients who are paying you a little more love than none.
