I was told that they would look great and fit great, and if they didn't that they would re do them until they were right and I was happy with them. They did not hold up their end of the deal. I sent e mails and told them in person how I felt about the look and fit. They just smoothed it over in conversation and did absolutely nothing. Didn't even make another set for me to try. They just kept introducing the same goofy looking, ill fitting pair. Maybe I should've been more assertive, thrown a fit and gotten loud. But I was raised to be polite and be grateful and thankful to others. I felt unheard, and felt like they viewed me as "difficult". Every time I would say something I was shut down and dismissed. $12,000. And I walked away with a pair of very ill fitting dentures that are way too long on the sides, and just weird looking. I get very painful sore spots often. The bite and fit is so off that i have a very hard time eating ANYTHING that isn't yogurt or pudding. Im embarrassed to laugh or smile because I catch people zoning in on and focusing on my teeth. PLEASE, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
