After explaining the problem Costal rushed out the same day and was shocked that Tyson, who is not a licensed electrician, completely screwed up my installation. I first engaged with Anderson Power Systems but, after one meeting, they disappeared. So, I thought of H&H since I had seen their vans driving around advertising that they installed and serviced whole house generators. I started engaging with them on 10/3. Today is 12/23 and I still do not have a bid even after multiple attempts to get H&H to provide one. Broken commitments, no-shows for site visits, incomplete information, and complete lack of customer service. I would highly recommend that you reconsider hiring H&H Lifestyles to do your generator installation should you decide to get one. Presently, I am working with a local electrical contractor on this project and, if he turns out to be reliable and affordable, I will update this review with his contact information. I now know H&H stands for Heedless & Hapless.
