After explaining the problem Costal rushed out the same day and was shocked that Tyson, who is not a licensed electrician, completely screwed up my installation. Not only was the wrong outlet put in but the wires were so loose that if they had come loose l, and connected to the box it could have killed anyone coming in contact with the exterior box. So, I thought of H&H since I had seen their vans driving around advertising that they installed and serviced whole house generators. I started engaging with them on 10/3. Today is 12/23 and I still do not have a bid even after multiple attempts to get H&H to provide one. Broken commitments, no-shows for site visits, incomplete information, and complete lack of customer service. I would highly recommend that you reconsider hiring H&H Lifestyles to do your generator installation should you decide to get one.
