You'll find a similar collection of available piercing earrings (titanium, stainless steel, 10k solid gold, 14k solid gold, and 24k gold plated over stainless steel) but for less money. And if you already have a saline or salt spray, or you prefer tea tree oil to clean your fresh piercings, you don't have to purchase the Ear Care they sell. You also have the option of adding a year warranty where you can exchange the earrings for a new pair in case you damage them somehow. And that you cannot get at Claire's. WalMart also pierces ears, but I have never, nor do I personally know anybody that has been pierced there, so I cannot compare the experience, selection, or value. They also just unveiled a really cool option: infant sized piercing earrings. These are only available in 14k gold and they have a shorter post to fit better and be more comfortable. Piercing Pagoda offers piercing earings made by Studex or Inverness. A lot of parents are concerned about the earring backs being comfortable for their child, and Inverness is a great option for the worrier. Studex backs are easier to remove when you're ready to change your earrings, and are still very secure. (Studex look like traditional butterfly backs.) Often they have a sale where when you get your ears pierced, you can purchase another pair of earrings at any value for half price. It's a great way to start building a wardrobe without breaking the bank. Now with their own store credit line available, everything they carry is extremely affordable. But if that isn't a route you want to take, you will still find the perfect piece in your price range. Keep in mind that the price tag does say something about the value of the piece. The 1/2ct diamond ring for under $500 is not going to be a VS in clarity. Nor will you find a color grading of D, E, or F. But they do have real diamonds, real gold, real silver, and they're really beautiful. The downside is not all locations carry the same collections, and stores cannot place any special orders. However, you can return or exchange a piece you purchased at another store, or online, regardless if they typically carry that piece. Also, not every location offers the same piercings. All kiosks will piece ears. Most pierce noses. And few pierce navels. This location only pierces ears. Now I say "this location", but Park City Center actually has two Piercing Pagoda kiosks, on either side of Zales. Both offer the same earrings available for piercing, but do feature different jewelry collections. The staff at either kiosk is helpful in checking the availability of an item at the other location if they are not able to help you out. If you're looking for fine jewelry for the lowest possible price, look no further. Ask for their manager, Jami. She is wonderful and a treat to work with!

The following day, without any explanation or apology for the previous lack of response, he offered me an appointment for two days later. I asked him if he could do an appointment after 5pm because of work and he again said he'd "let me know" and never did. The lack of communication was frustrating and reflects poorly on any level of professionalism here.
