I walked into the Cats Meow knowing that there is quite a variety of items in there. As soon as I walked in, there are so many items that I saw that would be awesome gifts! I saw some frames on the top left of the store but didn't ask about it. I heard the lady calling the other lady behind the counter "mom", so it sounds like a family-owned shop. I love that when I made my purchase, she validated it. Parking is free on the street. It's very walkable here. The shop is small and hard to walk around because they just have so much stuff. I would suggest having a larger selection of greeting cards and stickers?

I never like to ask a shop to use theirs because I know most places don't usually like to have the public use it. I am sensitive to this however in an urgent situation and I am in a foot boot due to an ankle injury I decided to ask hoping they would make an exception. The older lady saw that I was in a boot and urgently had to go to the restroom but said to use the ones across the street. Hard to walk in a boot, I made it over there to find they were locked. I had to walk much further to finally find somewhere that I could go to the bathroom. I went back to meet my family buying some items from the shop. I let the lady know the bathrooms she recommended were locked and she did not seem to care at all. Just wow, where is the compassion for a fellow person and costumer. I decided to not buy my items and will now be returning here. Purchase from places that have human kindness! Not here!
