I was able to book quickly, they arrived on time with in clean, well-kept equipment and made short work of my garage junk haul. The price quoted was well within my budget and was the price charged. I have added them to my iPhone contacvts and they will be my "go-to" for future remodel hauling. read more

I texted him pictures, he gave an approximate quote. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, called, he texted claiming it went to spam and he was working on his schedule over the weekend and would let me know on Monday. 3 more weeks pass. I called and left messages, texted several more times. I begged to just tell me yes or no so I could move on. Never heard a single thing back. Not a good way to do business. read more

Set a date a price on a Wednesday. never showed so I text him. he said it was his error and he thought It was Thursday. No problem, mistakes happen. Set time for the next day, Thursday. He verified via text he'd be there. Thursday he never showed and no text. it is Friday now and still no word. Not even a sorry or hey I can't make it. Bad for business to treat any customer like that. Was going to ask about another, bigger job. Not now. I might have not been the most highest paying customer but you don't treat people like that. read more

I needed extensive demolition on a recently purchased house and called Chris. He responded quickly and gave me a good quote the same day. He was able to start two days later and he and his crew completed the job for the price quoted! I could not be more happy with the results and would strongly recommend this company! read more

Top notch service!! I call That One Guy about some junk I needed removed ASAP. I had the city threatening to fine me if it wasn't done by the next day. I called That One Guy and he was on a job near Peoria and would be all day. He had no crew members available to get my junk removed this very minute, BUT, if I was ok with him taking care of it in the evening he'd be happy to. He assured it would be done and it was. Great customer service. Highly recommend read more

I live in Alabama, but still had a storage unit in Springfield that I was closing out. I knew some of the stuff needed to be thrown away. I contacted Chris a week before coming to Springfield and he agreed to meet me there. He arrived at the storage facility early, loaded the items and charged me a very fair fee. I would have been in a bind if he had not done his job. I really appreciate the work he did for me. Highly recommend. read more
