We moved to Big Sandy, TN back in July and were waiting for our house to be completed. We went to…read moreMerison`s and got the entire house furnishings. Miranda was just wonderful to work with, we picked out most of the entire house except for a few items. The key was to see if they would hold our furniture until the house was done. She said no problem which is just what we wanted to hear. When we were ready we made a call and asked them to just bring our bedroom set, the washer and dryer for now and they did within a few days. When we were ready for the balance of things they said that they would devote the entire morning to us so that they could get everything set up in each room. Brian and Adam were the two guys that actually brought the furniture and they were just so great to work with. They were polite and understanding. They got things accomplished in minimal time and even paid attention to our St Bernard/Boxer mix dog, he loved that. I can honestly say that when we are ready for more furniture in the future that we will defiantly go back to Merison`s, they are just great to work with. Thank you all so very much and God Bless you! After about a year and half, the material began to look different; by the end of 2 years the sectional began to deface, hence, not real leather. To no avail, I still felt the store would stand behind it's product. Guess what, they have no warranty, it is sole put on to the manufacturer so whatever their warranty says is all you get. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Their customer service is beyond lacking, they tell half truths to make a sale. It is unacceptable and the quality of their furniture is the same.

Sleep Outfitters did not disappoint. We spoke to Katie on the phone and she was nothing but helpful from start to finish. She was able to order the bed he wanted along with the box springs. They were also able to deliver the mattress way quicker than other stores he called. We came in to sign the paper work for the bed today and Katie was so professional and helpful! Ironically enough, she called us to let us know the mattress was actually arriving earlier than originally planned as we were pulling up to the store. It was a pleasure doing business with Sleep Outfitters and Katie. She gave us a few recommendations for pillows and sheets as well. She even recommended a local coffee shop for us to try, which we loved. If you're in need of a mattress, look no further! They do offer a really good finance plan too if you need that as well. We highly recommend this business. Ask for Katie!
