Joseph was absolutely amazing!! He was over within 20 minutes to assess the situation. We in fact needed two new batteries. The nearest store was an hour and a half away from West Yellowstone. We had a major problem with the pantry in our 2023 Airstream Globetrotter. The attaching screws for the tracks failed and the entire pantry pulled out. The campground we were staying at gave us Joseph's contact information. After a brief call he showed up at our campsite (we contacted him late in the day).
