The barbers were very kind and professional. My only complaint is the wait. As a walk-in, we waited for about an hour to get serviced. I showed up at the shop at 5:25 on a Thursday evening and was not seen until 6:35. The barber gave us his business card and stared that we could make an appointment for next time so we wouldn't have to wait. I definitely recommend an appointment or calling ahead to get a 5-star experience.

Since my nephew needed a cut I decided to take him too. We both got our haircut by Johnny a cool dude who is in the second chair on the left when you walk in. He hooked us both up with fresh cuts. As soon as I paid I rescheduled for us to come back a week and a half later to get another dope cut. Johnny will definitely be my go to barber whenever I visit my fam in Desoto!

Booksy alerted us to the Senior/Veteran's discount and everything was arranged online including agreement to price, time and barber preference. There are two barbers at Wise Guy's; Mike, the owner, and a female barber, Teryn. My husband has been twice now and has had the services of both barbers. He enjoyed both who had easy conversational styles and the ability to cut his terrible cow licks! Those cow licks have busted the best of some hairstylists. It was $20 + tip and well worth it. The barbershop is cozy and has 3 chairs with banquette seating for waiting. There's plenty of parking out front. My spouse said he will definitely be back. He enjoyed his experiences with both barbers and his terrific haircuts! I'll get photos next time!!
