Since my very first session, I have healed and flourished in ways I never imagined I could. I initially resorted to hypnosis simply as a means to lose weight, as I have had a pretty rough 5 years. However, the 30 pounds I have lost and kept off over Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NYE now feel like the most insignificant changes in myself, considering all the other major pieces I have put into motion.
