They're affordable, you don't need to make appointments and carry some good Chinese masseuse. Using deep, long and firm strokes, it will almost erase any knots, stress and muscle pain in your body. I do enjoy my bi-weekly Neck & Shoulders massage. At $20, I come out feeling relaxed and refreshed. It's a small space with a few treatment rooms. They do mostly the usual maintenance stuff like waxing and mani/pedis. They also have a lovely spa room for pampering treatments. I can't speak highly enough of the remedial massage therapist, Sheree. I've been seeing her for years and find her amazing. I like a really firm massage and she has her technique down pat. She also offers hot stone massage which is an absolute treat.
