Not knowing any of the massage therapists, I simply chose one at random and lucked out with Marcus Kelly, a recent graduate. He was kind, professional, and had that easy Maritime way with conversation. We consulted on some stiffness in my neck and shoulders and he set to work. I had a wonderful experience and emerged feeling lighter and more flexible. He also gave me good tips about my posture. One thing he mentioned - a pro tip, if you will - is that if you book a massage with him at the Westin (the same company operates both sites), you get access to the pool and the gym also! Will definitely look into that for next time!

And I did. The female therapist that provided the service, has a first name that starts with an 'A', so my review is really about this therapist, in this SPA. But the cleanliness and the caring applies to the entire SPA.
