She knows how to find the spots you need most released and is so informative - explains where pain could be coming from and offers at home techniques to use on your own or if you have a willing partner. Her space is calming and safe. She wasn't light handed (thank you!!) and really spent the time needed. Jamie cares about how you feel when you leave and I've been waiting what feels like my whole life for a massage that helped as much as hers did. Booking was easy and availability clear. Highly recommend and am so grateful to have been able to get in with her.

I decided to go back to my Massage Therapist, Lauren. After one hour, I didn't think I'd be able to get off her massage table. Tomorrow never came until I made an appointment with Gladys. The day after her session the pain was down to about 10%. I work in construction and that single visit made all the difference in allowing me to do my job nearly pain free. This lady is amazing. She's a professional in every way, but she also has some unique ability to sense where her attention is required. Her fingers connect in a way that is sort of like a heat seeking missile. And when I need to take out some pain, or just need some relaxation, she's the one to get it done. Thanks Gladys.

I have been a customer of Healthy Roots for multiple years. Mostly for massage and acupuncture…read more When I was in my 20's I had a lower back injury from sports and they have helped me with flair ups caused by looking after children, and other ways I neglect my body. I have seen multiple massage therapists and a variety of treatments that I have asked for. My preference is deep tissue massage and cupping, but also some great relaxation massages as well. One of the main reasons that I return to Healthy Roots is that the people are always friendly and ready to talk. They present themselves in a professional manner, but most of all the synergies that they offer between practices is wonderful. Acupuncture, massage and now chiropractic care. They have it all! P.S. Upon suggestion from their staff I was suggested to hit the sauna to end some of my sessions. If you have time, it is well worth it.
