I have seen multiple massage therapists and a variety of treatments that I have asked for. My preference is deep tissue massage and cupping, but also some great relaxation massages as well. One of the main reasons that I return to Healthy Roots is that the people are always friendly and ready to talk. They present themselves in a professional manner, but most of all the synergies that they offer between practices is wonderful. Acupuncture, massage and now chiropractic care. They have it all! P.S. Upon suggestion from their staff I was suggested to hit the sauna to end some of my sessions. If you have time, it is well worth it.

You have therapists that can't even appear professional when there's clients waiting out front that shows frustration about their schedule being messed up. The actual therapeutic massage techniques were entirely ineffective and annoying seeing that the therapist can't even identify knots in my back and work on them despite me indicating I need focus on my upper back and shoulder blades. I have been to aestheticians that provide better hand, arm and head massage than the registered therapist they have. Waste of time and money don't bother with this place.
